I've really liked this place & loved their burgers. Now I order their turkey sandwich. It's very peppery, be aware of that if you do not like pepper. I prefer shoestring fries, unfortunately they serve steak fries & they're never crispy as shoestring would be. I began going to Red Robin in part because they served your meal on plate or platter. I'm not fine with the "budget" program. BTW also on the menu is sweet potato fries, which would have been better with the turkey burger. ?
We went to celebrate my father in laws birthday so there was 11 of us. It took a bit to get seated but when we did, our table fit everyone comfortably and we were greater almost right away. Our server did a very good job at making everything right the whole time. With a party of 11, you have to expect it to not be perfect ? no matter what the problem was they were quick to fix it and we ended up having a wonderful time.
10/10 experience the burger was awesome as was the fries but one thing could not have been better. The service is absolutely amazing. Maria was the absolute best and would strongly recommend to anybody. That girl needs a raise and some recognition great job going above and beyond!
Excellent Service. Kelly was spot on and had a great personality. The food as always was very yummy. Tried the cauliflower pepperoni pizza which had a crispy bottom and a nice taste. And the whiskey bbq chicken sandwich is always really good. Good job all around!
I ordered my Mad love burger rare and it was pink and love the fries. I will be back
Went here for Mother's Day. They were very busy! Had about a 25 min wait. Gave us time to talk ?. As the mom, I liked the wait, gave me more time with my kids! ?Wait staff was hustling!! Our waitress was super! She explained everything! Orders came out Hot and Correct!! Food was good, we were all stuffed!!!
I've had some bad experiences with Red Robin before but this was a good experience. The waitress went above and beyond to make sure my meal was gluten free and the frys were from a dedicated fryer. The service was slow unfortunately from the kitchen but tasted great. The location needs some updating and cleaning up but overall pretty good.

They renovated the inside, it looks good! Helpful and attentive staff, large family will enjoy the endless fill fries. I thought the appetizer with the chips, brisket prices (bits rather) with sauce, cheese and pickles were an odd combo. It should be fries, not ruffle potatoe chips- unless you like that thing, don't bother. Even my waiter wasn't impressed with this choice. Other than that, your typical hamburger place-nothing you haven't had before. Waited are crazy on events and weekends.
Ordered a burger with sweet potato fries. After waiting for 30 minutes to get our order. The fries were cold, the burger was luke warm. Ordered more fries right away, said mine were cold, asked how long my burger/fries sit up there waiting for them? She said it wasn't that long. If that is how warm or cold fries are then they didn't cook them. Second batch was brought out right away. Asked for another glass of water, It took 10/15 minutes to get and that was after asking twice for it. Our waitress never came around and asked how was everything? The waitress that brought our food to us didn't seem to know anything. Our waitress finally came around and ask if I needed another drink, I asked for another order of fries.... Well I am still waiting. Will see how long this order takes.If you are short staffed, I understand, just communicate that with us your customer. So we can expect it.I am giving this a 2 star only because I believe they are trying, just communicate better with your patrons. We do understand when you communicate. Don't just ignore us.
