This was our first time at Popeyes and there was no ice in the looby machine, pop spilled out in the da area, but the chicken sandwich was awesome. As I was leaving I seen a sign to get free chicken if I did a survey. I placed 2 orders and never got 1 receipt. Gal on front line was very nice.
This is my one sinful/guilty pleasure thus I must say thsnk you all for always having a smile to greet me. I have been here even when they have run out of certain items but what keeps me coming back is the way I am treated. Respect and kindness goes a long way. The food was hot and tasty. Thank you Popeyes team.
Went there yesterday evening.The 16 family meal is what I ordered and it was 43 and some change.The girl at the window gave it to me really quick… first red flag.Got home and it was extremely hard it was horrible you guys need to make fresh chicken and not serve old chicken.I and my family was very disappointed because this was our dinner.???
Wow, where do I start? First off, there’s flies in the dining room. I didn’t realize until I had already sat down to eat. 2nd, at the end of the transaction, the kid just set it for me to pay on the card reader and then just walked away. I didn’t even get a receipt! Then it took almost 15 minutes to make my order, which consisted of cold shrimp and one fresh and one old tender. I was also asked what sauce I wanted with my tenders when I ordered, but didn’t get a sauce with my meal. While waiting for my meal, I also noticed a lack of a sense of urgency. It’s fast food. People don’t want to wait 15 minutes for old food.
They serve cole slaw drowned in mayonnaise now. They still don't serve green beans. All the sides are high calorie, high carb foods.
The guy yells at customers. The customer only wanted a sandwich he refused unless the customer buys a combo.Terrible person I just looked at that person and took a picture
Food was cold and soggy. Very disappointed. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and a large order of fries. I had to put fries in a skillet and heat them up. I will not go back again. I was not even given a receipt.
I believe this is the manager in the back. I didn’t want to be creepy and take a photo and he know it LOL. This man is one amazing customer service representative you have for your company. I’ve been here at least 10 times in the last two months and every single time I have an interaction with him, it is always exceptionally well. He does go over and beyond to make sure every customer feels welcome and makes me want to come back. If his level of customer service can be replicated throughout your company, it should be. Thank you, I will definitely be returning.
Great chicken got a spicy 4 piece and 2 sides. Wanted to try the new mac and cheese but they were out. Will be back and hope they have the new mac and cheese. Over all great experience.
We tried this place for lunch while visiting in the area, we were greeted right away by Evelyn who was smiling and very friendly and helpful. We ordered a Spicey Tender Combo and a large Red Beans and Rice side. Both were very hot and fresh. The Cashier Evelyn even came and checked on us to make sure everything was okay. We cannot wait to return to this Popeyes when in the area.
