I just got my order and find out that we have 12 wings pieces instead of 18, I did pay for 18 and I am not satisfied at all I want my money back!!!!
Just wanted an old classic pan pizza and it did t disappoint me!
I waited an hour for a carry out and they placed my chicken wings incorrectly on my order.
When my pizza arrived, it had slid all the way to one side. All the cheese was off and on the cardboard.
I received an extremely burnt pizza. I would have rather of waited longer for a new pizza than to have recieved a pizza that did not taste good or look appetizing.
Deliver incorrect pizza. Called 3 times and no one answered.delivery guy nice. Wings good.

Pizza was not properly cooked thin and crispy was thin and soggy. This is the 2nd time our pizza was not done properly from this Pizza Hut . The 1st one was the Detroit style there was an inch of crust Instead of having edge to edge cheese
Was given a handtossed meatlover and ordered a thin crust. the cheese sticks were not very cheesy and were not cut all the way through. The cinnabons looked very much not represented and were lack luster. I get it you are doing business quickly. Just need the manager or a position of quality control that verifies all orders correct and looking good.
Everyone we talked to was spectacular! The manager, Lisa, answered the phone and was truly pleasant. Our pizza was hot, fresh, and exactly what we ordered! Dominic, our delivery driver drove safely through our neighborhood, where there were many trick-or-treaters, and made sure we were happy with our order! We will continue to use this location and thank them for their wonderful customer service
