I have to update my review. I called the store about a situation I had, the manager did more than expected to make it right. Then I immediately had another situation. Again I called the store. Short version they were very kind, they took full responsibility for the situation, they were generous and sincere all to find out it was my fault, not theirs at all. Still they remained very kind and took the responsibility of my major screw up not only once but twice.

Two out of the last three times I have ordered from this location my orders have been completely messed up.The first time my pizza was cold, my wings were cold and the wrong type and the wrong flavor, and my soda was warm.This next time my food pizza was burnt and cold, my wings were cold, and the pasta was overcooked.Not only does this PizzaHut outsource their deliveries, but they seem to be outsourcing their incoming calls.After asking if my delivery would be fulfilled by PizzaHut or a 3rd party delivery service and being guaranteed it would be PizzaHut, a 3rd party delivery service arrived with cold food!PizzaHut - you have the equipment to give your drivers to keep your food fresh.It is your business that is taking the loss for outsourcing to a 3rd party delivery service that is not adequately equipped to keep food hot.Due to PizzaHut company greed in trying to save a buck here and there I will be saving all of my 'bucks' and avoiding your business at all costs.Good day.

Easy and fast. Pizza was precisely what I ordered. Delivery service impeccable.

First off I haven’t had Pizza Hut in over 20 years. I called one Pizza Hut in Sun City because I was between two different ones. I wanted three items, it was going to be $50 in Sun City. And here in Peoria at this location it was 35 so thankfully I called this location got Colton I think his name is. But waiting for my pizza was an amazing experience all three employees that were working were extremely polite and so you don’t get that most places. So must be great management could possibly be a great business owner that owns this franchise. But thank you guys so much definitely will be only ordering from here

I recently had a bad experience and I’m writing this review for someone who also had a bad experience but doesn’t have an email. Her name is Sheri she is an older woman . When she picked up her pizza the person who gave it to her was rude and when she went home to eat her pizza she spotted a baby roach. When she called to express her concerns she was told not to call anymore and then the person hung up on her. Do not waste your time here . There is always food on the floor and the customer service is horrible. I reached out and got an email back saying sorry about a concern that wasn’t even mine. This place is horrible and not clean.

They get a 2 star review. I ordered here last night ordered 16 boneless honey BBQ chicken wings and my wings were raw still I went to go take a bite of one and it was still slimy inside I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt thinking it was just going to be one so I tried another only for it to be the same.

The delivery representative was polite professional.My pizza was delivered in a quick and efficient manner.

After receiving the "your order is out for delivery" notification... it took approximately 40mins for the food to be delivered. The driver advised he would give me a discount once he got back to the restaurant, I have yet to receive said discount (its been 4 business days). This is the 2nd time (consecutive orders) that this location/restaurant has failed to meet expectations. On my previous order they gave me the wrong pizzas/order.

I have been a customer since I was a little girl. I can remember the cheesy goodness that I used to adore. Pizza Hut has always been my all-time favorite until now. I ordered a large 3 topping pizza recently and it tasted like just bread and sauce. There was hardly any cheese or toppings. I mean to be honest, I've had better pizza from Little Cesar's and I don't have to pay as much. So sad. It's time for me to move on.

I’ve been a loyal customer for over 8 years at this location, placed our order a hour before closing , only for no one to show or call , what a absolute shame considering we have been moving all day and had a $60 tip for our driver , very poor customer service to not even call or send a email , will definitely be contacted corporate as well
