Very customer friendly experience.. I was able to call in an order and they matched the price for 2 pizzas online. I had called another store on 91st and Peoria and the flat out refused to match per the manager. Even though it was their website issue they couldn't care less.I was very satisfied with my order the restaurant was very clean I was surprised that they even had soft serve ice cream for my kids. I will be returning even though they are farther away.
The evening of the fundraiser for my child's elementary school I ate 1 cheese pizza and had food poisoning. They're public restrooms were dirty so I assume the employees don't wash their hands and clean the pizza trays. I was sick for 3 days. I'm glad my kids had fun in the game dpt, but I will not be bringing my kids back to this location. The janitors and dish washers need to clean better. The supervisor(s) and shift manager(s) should make sure.
The food was good but our beer was flat and we were refunded right away and I was thankful for that.I like that the game passes have timed options now instead of just using credits. Its alot better for younger children in my opinion. Staff was very accommodating and friendly.
This location has really gone downhill, always short staffed, messed up bookings, over crowded, the restrooms are always flooded and disgusting, games are outdated, and some of the staff are so rude I wonder how the heck they have a job. The woman that's worked at this location a long time (long braided ponytail & black polo) I feel for her she looks like she wanted to quit along time ago but she's not a quitter, keep your head up girl.
Beyond rude!!!! I couldn't get a name because she didn't have a name tag and when I asked for it she said don't worry.... hmm I am assuming now but I assume she was the manager because she was wearing a black collared shirt... yes you are going to be busy and that is why you prep for it and don't just rely on things getting done you do have to double check your team. She was simply over her head and it completely slowed.
A lot of stuff was not working when we went. They hot rid of a lot of the stuff they had for younger kids so it was kind of a wate of money for my 5 year old. Kids like tokens and tickets not a fan of the cards. He prefers chuck e cheese
We went to a Birthday Party at this location. A couple of the games didn't work. They was also out of straws. That was the worst. Lids but no straws. What about COVID?

Doesn't matter when I go. If it's a birthday, school pizza night or just out with the family...it always seems understaffed. If there's 1 family or a full house. Food seems to take forever. People always telling me.. "Peter piper pizza is the best" I think it's ok. Took about an hour for a personal pizza. Granted there was an event but If you know there's one, maybe have some premade ready to hit the oven. Games were kind of lack luster at this location (the ones that worked right) My child was bored pretty quick and we still were waiting for food. Place isn't bad, but probably wouldn't be a first choice stop
Good buffet. Clean and decent place to eat. Rides and games are so expensive. The tickets and toys are so cheap. The games should not be so dang expensive. Food taste is good. Variety and wings are good also
