Horrible Customer Service! Went in ordered a meal deal asked to swap out 2 of the drinks for icees and you would have thought that I was asking to get the entire menu free. We offered to pay the difference and the look of disgust she gave us was unbelievable. She said she would ask her manager but rolled her eyes as she said it. The manager instantly nodded no...I'm not even sure she completely asked before he said no. Well with that attitude why would we stay. We decided to go to another Peter Piper Pizza, where they happily did it (we paid the difference and there was no problem). The whole point is the attitude that was given. If, they don't do it we are totally fine with it but to have such a bad attitude at a request is just aweful customer service. I recommend going to another location.
Best place for a Pizza party, been coming here for years. For a birthday party for family members, since there's no Disneyland here in Arizona the next best thing is to have a Pizza party at Peter piper Pizza. Staying cool while the kids have fun playing games. Pizza and chicken wings are the best and you can only get it at Peter Piper Pizza. Come on by and enjoy the food, fun with your family and friends.
Normally I woof say I really like PPP. Well idk if other places are doing this but, They NO LONGER give out coins. Its cards....here's the problem with this, we had nearly 15 kids. We couldn't but 15 cards....we used to buy a big bunch of coins & give them out. So needless to say we only bought a couple of cards for the 2 little ones & the rest didn't play. We are our pizza, sang Happy birthday. Ate cake & left. I was very disappointed.
Sitting here in there parking lot after puking up there under cooked pizza. The manager Chris said that we are the only ones to complain about there pizza. Well Chris I use to work making pizza and the only way to have cheese that's just barely melted with no browning on the cheese with uncooked dough is caused by your employees pushing the pizza through plain and simple. If you don't like your job move on and let some one else do your job that your failing to do.

After reading some of the reviews I was a little worried about this location my grandson had a birthday party with about 20 people for our granddaughter but after going service was excellent food was great had pizza and bone- wings
Spent $150 dollars and was a dispute over 1 order of wings because we ordered 5 X-Large pizzas and two orders of wings for 11 people. Did not receive second order of wings in which the woman said she would fix that but then never came. Finally went to counter and spoke to store manager and she requested to see the number of bones. Apparently the employee put both orders in one basket. Unbeknownst to us. Refuses to rectify matter. So over six wings the management was not willing to satisfy the customer. We have been coming to this Peter piper for over 13 years and have spent thousands of dollars in food and game tokens/cards. I guess their screw ups are the patrons problem. I will never come back here. Go to Main Event for your kids parties or Dave and Busters. We will take our families $150 - $200. Elsewhere from now on.
$50 for baked bread. They completely forgot to put cheese on it.
Very disappointed with our last visit on Sunday, March 20th 2022. We order 3 xl pepperoni pizzas, 2 LG wrx 2 order of the xl bone in wings and one order of boneless (they were out)We got o e of the orders of wings and the 2 LG wrx pizzas and was told the 3 xl pizzas would be out shortly. None of the 10 kids that we had there like veggies so we waited for the pepperoni ones for over 1hr. Finally they tell us they ran out of xl pizza dough and they will be giving us 5 LG pepperoni for the inconvenience. Fine. We still waited over 30 min for the.pizzas to come out. That's not the worst part. Our family of 7 and 5 of our guests got food poisoning.
This PPP used to be the Peter piper to go to growing up…now they seem to struggle keeping the buffet filled even with only 2 people in line! Truly embarrassing hate to talk down on a location I grew up with but it has come down to this.
