Usually LOVE Peter Piper, we've gone to this one for years and they were consistently good. We encountered a big problem when we ordered a 2 XL pepperoni pizzas for delivery last night. We got one normal, fresh pepperoni pizza. The second pizza was unfortunately a pizza that had been a couple different pizzas that had been puzzled together to make a whole pizza. Different sizes, toppings, haphazardly fit together. What's most confusing is that 3 of the pieces were mushroom pizza, 1 of the mushroom pieces wasn't even in order next to the other two...meaning someone put them in the box, not even trying to make it look like it was legit/purposefully done (for example: if we had ordered 1/4 mushroom and 3/4 pepperoni). It just seemed careless and kinda made us uneasy like we just got delivered scraps of random pies that had been sitting out or whatever. Also my bro has a mushroom allergy, not deathly or anything, but it definitely made us feel more sensitive about a situation that already kind of rubbed us the wrong way. So to be fair, their pizza is good but maybe dine-in, if you can!
The absolute audacity of you guys, your manager working tonight is clearly unprofessional, obviously doesn't want to take care of the customers. Sent my homie a pizza with three slices missing, both drinks were incorrect, customer service was next to nothing. You guys should be ashamed of yourself! Like who the heck actually steals three slices of pizza out of a customers box before sending out to deliver.
The food quality has really gone down. The zucchini is terrible, no flavor. They were out of the dessert pizza. The game cards are reloadable so keep them. The games don't pay out much. This is meant more for kids but does serve beer for the adults. Quite a few of the games are usually broken. The kids don't care for the dough and will only eat the toppings.
They have food, drinks, and arcades. You can play in the arcade using balance or time which you pay for. Balance is basically currency which all the arcade games costs a certain amount of tokens which are your balance, when you play, the tokens it costs to play will reduce your balance by the number of tokens it costs to play. Time gives infinite balance for a certain amount of time which I recommend is best. They also have prizes which you spend your points that you won in a arcade game.
Haven't been there in awhile. Now that they don't use coins it's smaller and more expensive than Dave n Busters. Their poor staff is missing about 4 people. The pizza comes out cold because they can't get it out fast enough with the 3 people back there (not their fault at all) then after spending $50 on two kids to play games for 20 minutes they both walked out with 3 pieces of candy. Gave 3 stars because the staff did great. Greed and the all mighty dollar have killed this place. Go to DnB your kids and you will like it better
Relatively clean, reasonable amount of games to play, adult beverages available, pizza is what you would expect from Peter Piper Pizza(not the highest quality but a cult favorite for most) and time of food order to receipt of food was about average, not fast but not too lengthy either. Staff was courteous and it was a reasonably organized experience overall.
Thank you to the general manager, Machelle. Basically, my girlfriend and I are regular patrons. We're like big kids and our date days often consist of playing games at Peter Piper Pizza, Dave and Busters and so on. An "issue" arose when our tickets won playing at one franchise location didn't transfer to this location. Machelle, just happened to be there , thankfully, as the problem was several thousand tickets unaccounted for. Anyway...she was very courteous, professional and very attentive in the resolution. She made calls...checked transaction history, yada, yada. Not gonna blast anyone else's name here, but not everyone was so willing to assist. Machelle stepped in with a great attitude, redirected any "unnecessary animosity", and made sure we knew that Peter Piper Pizza values their customers. She's a rockstar. Give that woman a raise......Okay...so went back today....omg.... So on a person level...the employees are AMAZING. I met a woman named Victoria, who apparently is also an active member of the U.S. Army. Basically my girlfriend and I love to play games. We're big kids like that. Whatever we win, we give away to kids who are less fortunate. Some we know personally, and others we help through various organizations. Victoria, upon discovering what we were doing with our "prizes"... made a contribution of her own. That she genuinely cared about other human beings was such an obvious and natural part of her character. My girlfriend was in tears after the encounter. Human Kindness is alive and well at this location. Victoria will be deploying again soon. Thank you for your service...no doubt you do that out of love for our community/country as well. I am grateful. Also Daniel was pretty great there too.
I have had better frozen pizza. I know, I know , you bring the kids here for fun and games but at this price you should at least get a decent pizza.
Great location. The staff is friendly and attentive. The food is decent especially for the price. The place is clean.
