We order a thin crust pizza with our order every time. And 75% of the time it’s regular crust. The only recourse we have is driving back down there and that’s not happening after a long day of renovating our house ourselves. I under that they are hiring new employees every day but come in. I complained for the first time today( this has happened 3x before )because we do realize that food places are struggling but I guess we are going to back to Barros or try a new place. We work hard for our money and no fun spending on things you don’t like to eat. See the pics .. manager told me that I did not order half cheese lol ok I ordered light cheese.. semantics .. I swear it’s double the cheese and definitely not thin crust.
To the delivery driver who forgot our sauces and said he would be right back with it: Just forget it, we finished our food an hour ago.Pizza was not hot, barely had any sauce on it and they forgot to put the crust flavoring on it like we requested.Not horrible, but I'd rather spend money elsewhere. Really gone downhill from what I used to get from other PJ locations.
About 6 months ago, had the worst experience. To make it short, I was in there for an hour. The group that was in there and everyone who came in to pick up their pizza asked for their money back. I ended up doing the same. It was that bad, and no one got a pizza. One person did, but soon came back to return it. I won't eat there again. I was a regular.
What is this world coming to when you can even order a Pizza for dinner. Burnt Garlic Bites, missing items and cold as if it were in a fridge. Even took an hour and 30 minutes. When you try and call the store, they don’t answer because they are hiding from their suckiness. This place is horrible. Let’s take our business elsewhere.
This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Delivery was dumped out at our door which I have on camera. Missing salad and all sauces. They would not answer the phone so I had to drive up there. The little girl working there that claims she was the was manager try’s to get loud. Then states we don’t have salads. Bottom line this place is being ran with a bunch of children and no one supervising. You lost my business.
Stay FAR FAR away, this franchise in general has gone down, but this store must be confused and think they work for Papa Murphy's, I always give places at least 3 shots, and from those tries ive had rough/raw pizza be delivered, ive had the wrong pizzas all together given to me along with fully dry breadsticks (supposed to be butter garlic), missed delivery with no pizza ever arriving to my house, and when calling to get these resolved the lines just rang and rang, and then call would end, pressed #1 to "place" a order and after 5 minutes of ringing I was sent over to a India yes.....India call center who then said let me get you over to the supervisor of the store, send me to the same number I had been calling and again rang rang and call ended on there end (no one picked up). Ill post pics if anyone would like
What a horrible experience! I have not had Papa Johns in a long time because this location was known to not be great but the family wanted stuff crust pizza and wings for dinner. I made my order through the website and it told me that it would be 119 to 129 minutes for delivery. So I thought Id have time to take my dog for a walk. By the time I was about a mile from my house I got a text saying its on the way! Wow....that was quick...a little annoying that I now have to run home but at least I didnt have to wait to hours for my food. I get home just as the delivery driver was leaving and I went inside to eat. I had ordered a stuff crust pizza (again we specifically ordered Papa Johns for the stuffed crust) but this was definitely not stuffed crust! Okay, its still pizza and I have the garlic sauce to dip it in. The first bite of pizza I could tell it was way undercooked and still doughy. Next I grabbed a garlic knot and bit in....good flavor on the outside, completely uncooked in the middle.....like still stretchy dough uncooked. Uggh....time to grab a nice crunch chicken wing....NOPE....also, grossly undercooked and while Im sure their wings are packaged fully cooked and they just warm them up, the skin was still slimy on these wings and they were completely inedible. Lastly, the anchovies I ordered and paid for.....werent even with the order....but I paid for them! Literally the only thing they got right on this was the prepackaged salad. EXTREMELY disappointed in Sunday Family Pizza night! I have now attempted to call the store to at least get my money back but as of now I have called 14 times in the last hour and it just keeps ringing until someone eventually picks up and hangs up on me. This restaurant must be managed by the same people that manage the Jack in the Box across the street! Horrible! Ill be going to Pizza Hut for stuffed crust in the future or Barros for any other pizza!
Happy with this location. They deliver fast. Food is always good and made correctly and always fresh and warm
Ordered two pizzas for delivery. The person who delivered didn't even have it in a bag to keep the pizza fresh and warm. Plus one of the pizzas didn't have cheese on it, just toppings and sauce, yuck! I have had multiple bad orders over the last few months. I've worked for dominos and papajohns before this isnt how you run a company. I will say delivery is fast but the staff needs more training. And the pizza tastes medicore, I would recommend other smaller chains.
We ordered pizza to be delivered at 6:30 this evening 4 hours early, call a head order. At 7:00 the pizza hasn’t been delivered. Called and was hung up on after being on hold for 5 minutes. Didn’t speak to anyone, just was hung up on the moment someone came live. Called back a second and third time and the same thing happened.
