Bought a Chipotle Chicken, Scrambled Egg and Avocado Wrap is overpriced and overrated. Burnt, crispy-toasted wrap, couldn't get past burnt taste, completely flat, half dollar-sized chicken, two very thin-sliced avocado. I didn't have a clue what I was tasting just burnt wrap. I understand why they are understaffed, who would pay this much money for a burnt breakfast sandwich and why would anyone want to work there, they charge too much money for not Atkins friendly, not WW approval, high-calorie foods. You are better off buying a chicken, egg white grill muffin sandwich at Chick-fil-A. At least the chicken is bigger and not flattened. It's Atkins-friendly and WW-FRIENDLY. If you want avocado you can get two tablespoons of guacamole. The price of the chicken, egg white grill sandwich is $1.50 less than the Panera Bread's breakfast sandwiches.

Usual Panera bread chain restaurant we are all used to. This one is laid back and cool.I just had coffee but their pastries looked delectable. Am sure the place is good, it was packedI don’t live there, so I’ll never go back. But you should, if you live anywhere on Bell Road in Glendale :-)

Very disappointed,Their hugely advertised new chickensandwich is TINY! The tiny piece was so small I had to open sandwich to see if it was even there. It wouldn't even satisfy a child's appetite. AND IT'S EXPENSIVE! A complete rip off. Don't waste your time or money.I also tried their chicken soup bread bowl and also was extremely tiny and only ONE little tiny piece of chicken. VERY bad quality of food and expensive. The kitchen staff never even apologized. Rude! SAVE YOURSELF DISAPPOINTMENT AND A BAD EXPERIENCEThere's other healthy options out there

We were out of town on Easter looking for a breakfast place when we saw Panera! They are a chain but with that said they have consistent good food and tasty treats. The employees and the manger were polite and informative on their products. You can't go wrong with this chain. Stop in and say hello and try a blueberry muffin!

The attempt to order on the computer screen was horrific, tried about 10 times before it worked. Employee didn’t care and the place was filthy.

My mom and I are breakfast here for the first time the other day. It was amazing. We ordered at the kiosk and we were notified in a timely fashion when our food was ready.

The cashier Brie was very impatient with my friend. Disrespectful and rude. She said "you should asked for a bag" and slammed the drawers that had bags. Our food was wrong. We asked for the manager Madi several times. Waited an hour and all we heard was "she's is busy, you can go talk to her" why can't Madi go to the table? Will be calling corporate office. Absolutely ridiculous. Management needs to look at the cameras.

My granddaughter and I had dinner together. We had soup and salad, she had a bowl of broccoli chedder and the new salad (Asian) I had the same soup in a bread bowl. All the food was amazing, service was great and the establishment is clean. There was enough seating to be mindful of Covid, all staff are wearing masks and I am thankful to you!! Thank you for a great experience!! P.S. they make the most tasteful unsweetened fresh brewed tea!! This praise goes out to the restaurant on West Bell Rd.

Good food and service usually but unhappy that mostly every time I come something is out of stock. Whatever bread, avocado, etc and never matters what time I went in the afternoon and was out of bread and avocado for a sandwich and out of bread bowls too. I would understand if it was a few hours before close.
