I ordered online through DoorDash, a pick up order. Picked up my own order and I was treated like some driver, not a customer. Girl up front Wouldn't give me my receipt, instead stapled it to my order and staples the bag shut when I asked for the receipt and reminded her that it was MY food! Turned and just walked off when I was asking for a fork like she was dismissing me instead of asking if there was anything else I needed.
What a horrible managed restaurant. I order occasionally thru Uber eats. I NEVER get teriyaki sauce with the teriyaki chicken. I even added it to my order notes and they could care less.This last time, i called 15 times so I can tell them to add the sauce and no one answered . I am beyond disappointed in this restaurant. I would never eat here, but my kids love the chow mein and Teriyaki chicken.
Worker was very nice, close to closing time and was truly concerned we got what we wanted. Due to not having certain items.
Brenda threw my order together like scraps and didn't ask me for a drink while rushing me the whole time when there were only two people behind me in an empty restaurant I don't even want the food I want her energy fixed ?
Work at doordash and this place is just as bad if not worse than a McDonald's...order was done the Whole time I was in there waiting everyone else was getting their stuff. Not even mad just blacklisting, God -awful
Love Panda, but this was a failure. Ordered a Bigger Plate. Had to wait on Beijing Beef...no problem. Once complete they hand it to me and I ask is this 3 scoops...Yes they answered...get home and it's a single scoop. Would highly recommend going elsewhere
One family holds the line hostage and soaks up all the chow mien leaving everyone else cabbage with a couple noodles. The online order person fills up the orders and the person taking your order gives you the smallest portions possible. Most likely will never choose Panda again.
DO NOT COME THE LAST HOUR THEY ARE OPEN, THEY NEVER HAVE ANYTHING LEFT. WHEN I WALKED IN I ASKED IF THEY COULD MAKE BEEF BROCCOLI, HE YELLED IT TO THE COOK AND THEY DIDNT HERE HIM. SO BY THE TIME I GOT TO ORDER THEY HADNT EVEN STARTED IT. SO THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD BE 12 MINUTES. AS A SIDE NOTE I WALKED OUT OF THIS PLACE THE LAST 3 TIMES CAUSE THEY JUST DON'T HAVE ANY OPTIONS. TONS OF LOST REVENUE
Do not order from this location or franchise at all if possible! Will not honor there own mailer coupons!?
I tried the crispy almond chicken. It was delicious!! The staff was so polite and attentive. Was most impressed with the lady manager. She kept things moving during the busydinner hour all the while praising her staff and giving positive feedback to a new employee. We were very impressed especially with the manager. Anyone would be happy to work in that environment.
