Our waitress was Holly she was a sweetheart and very respectful I highly suggest the Holly special for a drink and the food was amazing and out cook did an amazing job 100% hands down. Best Birthday Ever.
Our Chef Jesus was amazing!! The food was great. My 10 year old grandson had so much fun with Jesus he wants to go back for his birthday. Jesus just seemed to connect with our little guy. I was there with my daughter, granddaughter and my grandson. We all had an amazing time. We will take Westin back for his birthday. Highly recommend this place.
Celebrated my daughters 8th birthday. It was her first time at this type of restaurant, so she was a little nervous. Our chef (VU) was so friendly and really interacted with her. She felt so comfortable and they joked around and shared lots of laughs. He really included her and made her feel so special! Can't thank him enough for the entertainment. The food was delicious and on point. The restaurant was very clean.The woman who sat us to our table was so friendly and nice. Our server was super friendly too. Everyone we came across had a smile on their face and made us feel so welcome for our first time there. Can't wait to go back and make some more special memories.
Wife and I love our sushi. We thought we'd try this place instead of our usual locations. I thought it was good, wife wasn't impressed. She did make a valid point. Wasabi had zero heat to it. We both love the heat Wasabi brings. I put a ball of it the size of a quarter in my soy sauce and it did nothing. But I digress. Not pictured here are the jalapeño poppers. They're not pictured because I ate them too quickly. They were bomb. Can never go wrong with a saki bomber. We also ordered a citrus roll (good if you like a burst of refreshing citrus with your food) and the jalapeño roll. The jalapeño roll had zero heat, but I thought it was still delicious. I'd go back.
This guy right here is a true artist, amazing, great customer service. Interactive, great bar environment. I was here by myself but he would be great at entertaining a group. Come by and see him work. Eat good food, and be creative.
Food was good but the service needs a lot of help. We had reservations and still waited 30 min to get seated, we sat next to a table that never got cleared with food ans drinks sitting out for over an hour. We didn't get the rest of our meal till we were done with everything else. Staff walking by and not asking if we needed any. I get that places are under staffed but come on leaving half eaten food out on tables for over an hour.
If you are considering this place STOP. Google should offer 0 star option. Drive somewhere else. I stood at the bar for 15 min before someone finally asked me if I wanted a drink. Keep in mind, there was zero customers at the bar. The server at diner also sucked. She’s lucky they have built in gratuity. Jesus the chef, was fine. If I was him I would work at a better Japanese steak house. I wouldn’t go back there if I was paid to do so.
They were short staffed and a little behind, But... they delivered! The food was delicious our party of 7 had chef Yu and server Caitin (just her 2nd week) and she handled the situation great. Working in the food industry for many, many years myself I have been in this extremely stressful AF situation numerous times and it sucks! Good job Osaka!
By far best experience ever. 1st time visiting.Our cook Juliann was absolutely amazing. He had us laughing so hard. We will for sure be life long customers and will be asking for Juliann. Thank you all for a wonderful time.
Only been for sushi or entree in the dining room. Quality is usually consistent, but sometimes lacking (i.e. I was served a room-temp bottle of beer). Never to busy to fit few people.
