You never know if you're going to get fresh food or old. It's a pain having to return food that you can tell has been sitting there for a long time. Food is expensive. You raise your prices and cut your portions. As customers we deserve fresh food especially at the prices you charge.
I've only ordered just a few times & the food is awesome. I'm normally not a fan of pasta salad but the macaroni salad at Ono is something I will order again - very tasty.
Pre ordered online..was craving some island flavor. Got the BBQ & Katsu plate w/ white rice. Spam Musubi and fountain drink.. Omgershhhhh so delish and they gave me plenty of katsu sauce and Teriyaki sauce. I forgot to ask for Shoyu but had some at home!!
Everytime I come here I get what I ask for. Food is always good and tasty. Shrimp salad should come with 6 not 4. Unless there is an option because I did see it on the menu but that is not what I received twice. Other then that food is great!!!
Good food at a good price. Nice atmosphere and waiting time was reasonable. Choices of chicken, beef, pork, shrimp, and even whitefish was a pleasant surprise. Definitely will be going back.
Always love and enjoy the food. Line is empty when I go or has a small line. Either way it's fast especially with online ordering.Little pricey but way way delicious
4/20/22 my girlfriend and I went here, she ordered white fish and was told 10 to 15 min for it to be cooked. Understandable until our order was ready in 4 min. Get home and her fish is not cooked thru, still pink. I ordered teriyaki chicken which after eating half found out it was not cooked completely. Both of us got food poisoning from here and will not go back. We should have known when the food came up so fast. Never again
This placed was dead during lunch time. The food was fresh. They currently have a lent deal and comes with quite a bit of food. I don't care for the requirement for gloves to use sauce bar, but to each business their own. The salad was good I'd like it with more dressing and white rice is white rice, bland. The island fish was super flaky and cooked just right. The crab ragoons were good too. At of food for the price, and still full couple of hours later.
No stars. Found a long hair in the macaroni salad, which was so gross. Tried to call the store and the number did not work. I called another store for assistance for a possible updated number. They did not care and did not help. They tried to call, got the same result I did and said there was nothing they could do.
I couldn't find where they list their ingredients and ended up sick by eating stuff that I would have never guessed had milk in it. They only have a general warning that their food could have any of the major allergens in it. I guess I should have taken that we a sign they didn't want my business. I won't be going back. It's really unfortunate because their food is great.
