Poor customer service. Seems as though the cashier was just being lazy. She charged me for an item I didn’t get, then had me wait off to the side when I brought it to her attention so other customers could go thru. When I went to her to remove the charge, she told me they don’t offer refunds. So I just had to go with the charge for the item. Need better training on dealing with situations where someone is charged for something they didn’t order, as opposed to just putting it off.

This place is great for hang out with friends or working at your laptop and it has great food and kind worker,but they put to much granola in the chia parfait but otherwise it a great place

Took forever. Two people working - one clearly new - and the other one disappeared into back for a long time. Ordered three of the same drink, but one excluded two ingredients. 9 other customers came in after and new guy was trying to make everything himself. Ridiculously long wait. New guy finally went into back and told other female “you need to get out here and help”. It took twenty five minutes to get three greenies and we were the first people in there. I finally get the three green drinks and my green juice is orange. I asked “why is this one orange?” She said “because I added carrots”. I said, “I didn’t want carrots. I just wanted the ingredients I ordered - a greenie minus celery and parsley. That’s what I asked for and what I told the guy I wanted.” She said “yeah, that’s my fault - I will make it again.” What’s the point in asking for a specific drink if employees just randomly add whatever they want to it? Seriously… Might have been funny if it hadn’t made me late for work. This places continues to get worse and takes longer each time I go. Both employees seemed to care less about working. Customer service 101 tips - don’t add random ingredients to people’s orders and when customers orders a greenie - don’t make it orange. Seriously - not rocket science.

We love everything we get from here and ordering through the app ahead of time makes it so convenient.

my best friend of less than a year and i have been sitting here for at least 25 minutes. the dude who took our order looked like he had no idea where he was. there is at least 6 people here waiting for their orders and the dude started crying in the back and the girl just stood there and looked around for a little bit. i love this place.

Order drinks and bowls from this location and there were hard plastic pieces in the drink that looked like they blended a spoon. Very scary and would like a response

Amazing customer service! Great drinks consistently. Don't forget to have the staff take 2 minutes to wipe tables, push in chairs, & pay attention to presentation/first impression. Customers need to remember to push their chairs in, but that's gone by the wayside.... So send out a staff member to do a quick once over on the floor. Appearance and cleanliness are everything.

Employees need better training and also need to have better attention to detail. I have ordered many times and been here many times and I can say: it's never consistent. I ordered a "Buzz" when it arrived it literally had no cayenne. My acai bowl order add ins were never followed and I ended up just giving your store 3 dollars extra with your already high price tag. I believe things like this become an issue when you start to expand with more stores. So do everyone a favor, and share the importance of being consistent and actually reading the order notes.
