Food is fresh tasting and portions are quite decent... I got the golden California roll.... Absolutely Bomb!
Don't be fooled by the exterior of this place - the food is delicious and the restaurant is run by a lovely husband and wife who were very friendly and welcoming. I spoke to the head chef and he had culinary training in Japan! No wonder the food is so yummy. The price is also very reasonable :)
This place was really fantastic. I ordered the baked scallop California roll, and an eel roll. Big pieces of scallop, a big piece of eel. Great rice and friendly service. I don’t have any complaints. I got four rolls and the jalapeño appetizer, everything was fantastic.
Their sushi was good, the takoyaki was amazing. Normally order online for take-out as it can get pretty full when it comes to dine-in. The food is ready quickly, I managed to have some things added to my order last minute and they were ready within 5min. Highly recommend the takoyaki.
My wife says it's the best sushi place she's ever been to. I would agree. Small place located in a strip mall but if looking for sushi it's well worth trying.
The rolls here are amazing. OMG and Superstar (not on menu) are perfect.

I’m from Hawaii and very picky with raw fish especially sushi and this is the only restaurant that we will drive to in the west valley. We’ve been to Ah-hai, Tomo, Ah-so, etc. but the quality of the sushi is not as good as this place. The servers and sushi chef are all extremely friendly too.
Really good sushi. Rainbow role was with quality white fish, which I appreciate because mostly tilapia is used and I don't eat that. They provided me with spicy mayo per request even though there wasn't an option for it on DoorDash. Docked a star because I'm a huge fan of miso soup and this was just OK. Will be back for sure.
