Food was cold.and greasy! Employee at the window had piercings all over her face which was off putting! This was drive thru!
I love the workers but the GM and Jesus are the worst. I bought a $1 large fries and a soda. Total came out to $2.18. I handed Jesus (short, older, Mexican man) $2 and ten cents. I knew I was eight cents short with cash so I asked to put the eight cents on my card. He took my money, closed the drawer, printed out my receipt and walked away. Came back with my order and called me over to the register. Said he charged me wrong and still owed a dollar and nine cents. The receipt was correct. Nothing was wrong with the total. He refused to give me my food unless I paid more and harassed me about it. I’ve never had that happen to me before and feel disgusted.
Food was OK but fries were not cooked all the way. The people at drive through window were rude. They made 2 out of 3 drinks wrong and they wanted me to pull around and wait for them to make them correct. I said no ill wait right here so you don't forget about me and she through a fit saying that I'm holding up the cars behind me. Well I wouldn't have to if you would have made them right in the 1st place.
Ordered Big Breakfast w/hotcakes, substituted biscuit for english muffin. When delivered to my table, I had to go to the counter to ask for syrup, butter& jelly.
The restaurant close at 11 i placed order 4 sandwiches at 10:15 when I get the drive thru cashier she told we can do only one sandwich because we have to close 45 minutes before !!! really bad service at that branch so lazy employee
Thank you for having the play place open. This location has the best play place. Nice soft music. It's my daughter's favorite McDonald's. We drive 10 miles out of our way to come here. Orders are always right and it's clean

This location alone has decided to stop serving breakfast at 11 AM. No reason given. Also, they are always "out" of most things we order. The closest McDonald's is always busy so McDonald's is no longer an option for my family. Great job poor-choices-manager! Stay away from this location. ADDING MORE: They charge for tap water, they mess up EVERY app order. I repeat my order at drive thru, Window one, and Window 2 and it's still wrong. They do NOTHING to fix it and just let you get robbed of food and money. Stay away from this location.
Service was horrible! No hello no thankyou. Just handed my bag to me and closed the window. Women was rude and older. Can't blame this one on the young!!!!
