Every table in the dining area was filthy. Food all over the floors. Can you atleast pay someone to wipe the tables now that you've begun eliminating cashiers?
(UNSANITARY!!!)On July 10, at about 7 or 8 pm, I went in to pick up an order. I watched as one manager (short guy with curly black hair) speaking to another manager (slightly taller girl with different colors in her har) put his fingers in his mouth while he was taking to her, it kinda looked like he was biting his nails, then right after he finished speaking with her, he went back to preparing orders. When I pointed it out to the female manager, she just smiled at me and walked away. Just absolutely disgusting my guy. Wash you f-ing hands after you put them in your mouth, you don't just start touching stuff in full view of the customers. Only eat here if you want to catch something.
Half of an egg shell found in our egg Mcmuffin. Team was understaffed and overwhelmed. The Manager did her best to apologize and correct the issue which was appreciated.

It was a very hot day, Got one of their great vanilla shakes to cool down from doing errands. Can't beat a excellent shake!Thanks McDonalds staff!
I think due to the high volume of the location they turn up the temperature of their oil and it seems their nuggets and fries are always burnt. Always. I keep forgetting not to come here.Update: came back about a month later, never again. I believe employees are supposed to put their hair up regardless if they're just taking money in the drive-thru- they're still walking around in the back amongst our food. Please put your hair up or wear a net. I asked them this when I saw it in the drive-thru, they said they're not required if just taking money, but the second window had their hair down also. I found a hair on my sandwich.Anything out of the fryer still burnt.
Too me McDonald's does NOT have good tasting food. They're cheap. So I buy a drink and an apple fritter.The best location so far is at 7th Ave & Van Buren in Phoenix Arizona.
Called and asked if they were participating in the mothers day breakfast they said yes. Came in got told no. I pulled up the phone number asking if I called the right location and it was but no one knows what's going on. Girl at register completely got my order wrong we caught it but no one will fix it. Understand the GM is here as well as the manager and neither will come and speak to me.
The only thing good about this place is they had a ice cream machine working so I got a Sundae. Very stale hamburger buns. The fries were so stale they tasted like potato chips. They didn't add napkins to the bag so I had to ask for them. So he gives me these orange stained napkins face up that clearly had Hi-C spilled on them or someone else is drink. This the type of place that would pick fries off the ground and put them back in your bag just to save money.
I Always buy the caramel frappe cause they're so good, but I asked for Extra EXTRA caramel drizzle all inside the cup and got two tiny little lines. ? Was disappointed. Isn't the same experience as when they load it up and my smile can't be helped. Hat the bad drink days ?
