It seems as if we can never get our full order here. Every time we go in person we have to check the bag before we leave. Anytime we order on Doordash or Uber Eats there is always a problem. Sometimes entire drinks are missing, instructions are completely ignored for Toppings, food is missing. This is ridiculous, I've never had so many issues within such a small time frame before. Just the other day it seemed a lot of management was having a meeting and we still got our stuff wrong. I'd rather rate 0/5.

First time there cuz the drive thru is always full. I wasn't hungry, just stopped by for a small shake and fries. I spent my WHOLE LUNCH in that drive thru! Everybody there was miserable. Still don't know if that was normal or what, but no apologies or thanks for being patient. Not going back- sorry, just don't have the time. Oh, the fries and shake were delicious :/
This location sold me two McFlurries that only in had Oreo on top so it was basically vanilla ice cream...smh not cool... So not only do I have to check my bag for my food now I have to check my ice cream...
NOT 24 HOURS (see pic) Why does the McDonald's near me have to suck? No cashiers - all on kiosts. Very long wait times.
Food was hot and fresh took a little long to get my order in two parts but the manager really looked after me I don't like ordering with the kiosk but thanks COVID one of your lasting bombs on old normal life
This place has been going down for years. Took the kids after-school to get Happy meals and a sundae. Lobby is closed. Irritated already,then we wait for 20 minutes in the line to find out big shocker that the ice cream machine is down. Finally get out of there,get the food home they forget the apples in both orders and the tea tasted like it was ran through a dirty sock. Take some pride in this store or better yet close it down.
Don’t go to this McDonald’s, it’s always something. Either it’s cash only, ice cream machine is down, no fries, out of soda or the lobby is closed when they should be opened.Today I went through the drive thru to order the chicken nugget combo and was told they had no French fries. Geez, why doesn't management go borrow some from another McDonald’s. Learn how to manage your inventory.Please save yourself the headache. I usually just go out of my way to the other McDonalds down the street. They should close this one down!!!!!
If you can't open the lobby then turn off delivery. We are not going to wait in the drive thru for 30 plus minutes!! This is not a staffing issue when you have 7 employees standing around in the lobby laughing that the delivery drivers are getting upset. But hey you got your $15+ an hour to do even less then you did before4/2/22: I am sorry my bosses boss said we can't take delivery orders to the door.... yet they can walk the drive thru orders out..... ? ? confused... I sure am
This is a good McDonald's with above average customer service. More often than not the person taking your order is very kind and pleasant. There are minor mistakes in orders sometimes but nothing egregious. Just a missing barbecue sauce or something. Overall recommended.
