First time inside this McDonald's since it's remodeling. It was very clean, and I was a bit in shock to see all the self order kiosks. Very easy to order what I wanted, however, I was figuring with a the employees that were in the back making orders, that my food would have taken faster than the 20 mins in waited. And, on top of that, I did not realize till I got home that I was missing part of my order.

I am sorely disappointed in what I paid express delivery and still waited an hour on (I understand the wait) I ordered the 40 piece chicken nugget with fries and a drink combo. However when I got my fries (cold and DUMPED IN THE BOTTOM OF THE BAG…literally looks like someone just dumped them and threw the containers on the top. And let's not forget about the nuggets all 8 (not 40….not even a full 10 like the box shows….just….8)of them were of course cold. And the oreo frosties were half full. This is beyond ridiculous. Like it’s basic food prep how hard can it be to get a simple order correct?!

Ordered the Big Mac Meal. Sandwich had the patties half on the burger, hardly any Mac sauce the buns were dry. I'm going to try the one on down the road on 107th better. Lady was very nice, though. She brought me everything I needed to my table. I appreciate the service ?

For some reason McDonald's large fries ? aren't as full as they used to be. Other than that the food was good. After we ate I took the kids to the Youngtown Market Place for some of the best ice cream I've ever had.

Went in to order, door was unlocked and had no sign. Manager told me dining room was closed. Went back out to my car and went through the drive thru. Could barley understand the girl taking my order. After paying realized they had my order incorrect. They ended up forgetting items and over charging me. This is my 5th and last attempt at McDonald's, I'm done

The workers don't even take your order anymore!! You have to stand in line to make your order on a kiosk. Which takes forever because it does not work very well. Then it tells you to pick a number or scan a number but they don't tell you where this number is, eventually it will spit a receipt out at you and say "hey take this to the register and stand in that line for awhile." This makes absolutely no sense! Why did we stand in the first line if we were going to hand our money or card to the employee and talk face-to-face with them anyway? Does this strike strange to anybody else?Other than that the food is always real good and they have one of those playpens for kids but they are renovating it right now so it's not open.

If i could give no stars, i would. I understand that we live in a time where we are low on staff but the customer service was absolutely horrible. One of the gentlemen that is getting PAID to WORK was just standing on his phone while the other you girl was trying to serve a whole line of cars. We ordered our food, waited in line for about 15 minutes just for them to tell us that they don't take card, only cash. Luckily we had some on hand or else she was not planning on giving us the food for their mistake…Also, our coffee was straight up cold, not even warm in the slightest. We saw her pour us coffee that was not even made in the past couple of hours it seemed like. And then in the end to top it off the attitude was unreal. For the customer service that we received no attitude should be given towards our way.

Wednesday, April 27, 2022 9:00pm. Does anyone in that hole know the difference between a Big Mac and a 1/4 pounder? All the employees on this specific shift are 100% worthless. I’d love the boss to reach out and take care of this situation. I’m allergic to tomatoes and they load it up with can you guess? Tomatoes. We checked the order told them it was wrong and they brought out the exact same wrong order. All Forest Gump employees 0 stars

It's really funny how I used a coupon and didn't get my full change Using the $3 off any $15 order or more. I didn't notice it until the 2nd window and Both people I spoke with told me there was nothing that they could do for me right there I would have to come inside... why should I have to come inside waste my time and wait in another lthe another line when they could easily leave fix the mistake and let me move on. To the Owner and everyone else, this place is a Carnival! If something went right then it happened by accident. Everyone looks busy but there is absolutely no direction heading anywhere good or benefiting the customer which is key if you're going to be in business. If the order isn't messed up then the food is cold. There's reason In & Out Burger runs circles around this place in customer service & food quality. Over the years I've had my car sprayed with a pressure washer when they were cleaning their outside walk leaving hard water spots on it. Rock hard dried out buns that should have been put in the trash instead of trying to squeek them out the door to a customer, cheese that isn't ever melted and the list goes on & on & on! What broke the camel's back today? Me and 8 other's were standing in the lobby at the now 2-register counter after the remodel and waiting to place our orders but we were litterally snubbed by everyone with no acknowledgement until someone asked, really! We were told to use the kiosk in the lobby. My question is, are these guy's or this company doing so well that it or they can refuse buisness? I like mine fresh off the grill like it should be and not out of a drawer like they've been doing for a long time now and using a kiosk doesn't give you that option nor does it leave a lasting in impression on what I'm looking for when it comes to eating food Anywhere for that matter and shower indicate some accountability. I say, that if these guys want to remain detatteatched from the public "who pays their salaries by the way" then give them what they're asking for. And until then, My dollar can go somewhere where it truly matters. What's the moral of the story? If you're to big to care then slow the f*ck down and get it right, there's nothing in a name when it's no longer supported by something good!
