This was the worst experience at a McDonald’s I’ve ever had. The cashier had no idea how to ring up a two cheeseburger combo. She then did not know how to customize the cheeseburgers. They charged me for a medium watermelon slushy but only gave me a small. And I tried to use my points to get a free happy meal but they did not add my points on there. Very unhappy with this location and needs new manager.
Far fast food good clean restaurant most the time you get your order correct. I've also seen manager watching everyone.
Sat at curbside pickup order for 15 min, when worker came out with another persons order they said mine would be out soon. 15 min later I go inside and ask about my order and they say it was a mobile order to be picked up inside, and didn’t apologize. Even though the app had me pick a curbside spot # and told me to wait for them to bring the food out for me.
Arrived at approximately 10PM to pickup a DoorDash order. 3rd in line in the drive thru. Very slow. Once we got to the window we had to repeat our order # multiple times until the employee then asked us to pull up to wait. By now the customer has been waiting ~15 minutes. We sat and waited another ~ 10 minutes watching 2 more cars come thru the drive thru to order, get their order and leave. Finally we went inside to find 6 employees playing and yelling out profanities with no customers in the lobby. We asked again for the DoorDash order. First, we completely support having fun at work! A good work ethic should include completing the task first. And know your audience. Profanity in McDonald's is not professional. I can't review the taste or quality of this meal but the service and entire experience was horrendous.
Kinds sad there is not enough staff, so we dont get to enjoy eating in the lobby, Lines become way to long at the drive thru.
Would give 0 stars if possible every 3 to 4 trips I have to call the manager as the food goes down hill fast. Cold, takes forever, and they keep u waiting 5 to 10mins

I went through the drive thru and had a good experience. The crew member who assisted me was kind, courteous, and informative. The line moved quickly, even though I know they are short-staffed. As all fast food restaurants are. The ONLY reason they aren't getting 5 stars is truly not their fault, but I'm hoping someone at Corporate will read this (yeah, how's THAT for ego? Lolol). When I was there, there was a special and I was able to purchase two Big Mac's for $6. But...two small orders of fries was $5!!!! That is completely outrageous.There...rant over.
