Manager is lacking customer service skills in a huge way. I purchased a gift card at another McDonalds and did not realize that the young employee accidentally gave me a dirty and used card. The card was intended to be a gift and I could not gift it in this condition. When I realized the mistake, I came to this location because it is closest to my home and the other was over an hour out of my way. The manager stated it wasn’t his store that made the mistake and there was NOTHING that could be done to rectify the situation. I’ve been in customer service my entire adulthood. A simple $20 exchange is all that needed to happen to make it right. McDonalds has completely lost my families business.
Needed to pickup ice cream for Grandson's after school reward. Tried to coax him into another opportunity but McDonald's was his choice. Although they were moderately busy they kept things moving quickly plus being both friendly and helpful. They didn't miss a beat when adding a second Chocolate Sunday to our order after initial order made. I'm here to say it tasted pretty good. Next time Chicken Nuggets.
Well I guess I should thank you for the so-called food you setve. Very soon here I will not be doing McDonald’s at all so the quality of your so-called food is really helping. The cheeseburger wasn’t too horrible but the fries were god-awful and the nice cold coke I ordered was more like warm tea. To top it off you seem to be now testing a computer to take orders rather than a person and shockingly it doesn’t get the order right so a person still comes on and asks you what you want. What a disaster but again I thank you
The employees said to each other "make them wait" while i was waiting for a doordash, unaware i could hear them. Then they refused to make my order for 20 minutes.This is disgusting behavior. You don't talk like that in front of customers. Even if i have to wait, you don't say out loud "make them wait" and then refuse to make my order.You're making me wait. You're making my customer wait. You're taking money out of my pocket.I already did a corporate complaint. Don't come to this McDonalds.
Bought the big bundle and another meal. They forgot to give me all my fries . I asked for no onions because I’m allergic and guess what I got onions, my husband doesn’t like onions but he took one for the team and eat the burger. I asked for bbq sauce and also didn’t get any?? if it wasn’t so far from me I would of gone back to get my money back!
This was one of the big macs we received on a Saturday night after being asked to pull to the front to wait for an additional 25 minutes. After going through the reviews and seeing so many negative ones, I imagine this location is really closer to a 3 star as it seems to have a lot of random 4 or 5 star reviews with nothing written; which seems sort of fake. You'd be safer going to a different McDonalds location.
Ordered a hot latte and I think the cream or milk they used was old. It tasted horrible and there was so much texture to it. Like warm sludge. You guys need to be dating your products or checking them more thoroughly. You're going to make people sick.
I ordered a hot Carmel macchiato with whip. It was literally hot water and no whip. I asked for my money back. They would only give me the price of the coffee, not the additional price they charged me for the whip since they hadn't given me whip!! I even had my receipt! They were extremely rude.
The worst experience I have ever had anywhere. I went in to pick up something that was left there and waiting 30 minutes after the night manager said she would go get it and I watched her make fries the whole time. I had to ask the poor girl who was leaving to help get it for me and she said “that’s what you have been waiting for” yes that is what I am waiting for. The worst customer service and managers here.
They ran out of fries just as they filled my order, then acted like I was crazy for wanting a refund for getting only half of my order. And the new thing is just plain not being open. What the heck is going on at this place?
