OMG!! Sepphora hooked me UP!! She’s very kind and respectful very knowledgeable and ordered the meal based on my special request. If you have never been to this deli I highly encourage you to try it out for yourself. I have great refreshments, outstanding food selections!
Came back again. I have a tomato intolerance and my husband accidentally forget to have my sandwich without it. Despite it being our fault, they were very kind and replaced my half sandwich.Very enjoyable place for a chain deli. Food is very tasty
Fast, friendly service. Excellent food. I had the Club sandwich, Caesar salad and potato salad.
In December, we had a group of eight and in March, it was a group of four. Both times, everyone loved their selections. We took advantage of the mix of salads, sandwiches and the wonderful potato bar selection. The P83 area is always busy, and the deli not only has great food but a solution to those long lines for dinner. We really enjoyed being able to carry on a conversation without shouting at each other! Important note: they close at 8:00, so this is an early bird destination in the evening!
It is probably our fault but we went here to get lunch and we expected a quick lunch. Maybe McAlister's is in the type of place you go for a quick lunch? The line did not move for five minutes, even though there were four people behind the counter and only one person working a register.... the other three looked like they were wiping things down and not doing much besides that. I'm on a lunch hour and I don't have 20 minutes to wait in line to order. Maybe that's the expectation at this high end deli.... all I know is I went across the street and got a fantastic meal considerably faster than it seems like I would get one here.
Well they make alot of things premium to charge extra. So 2 for 10.50 is not correct more like 2 for 15.00Zupas is better and better pricesed they dont nickel and dine you.And for extra funds the Angus sandwich left a lot to be desired
We go here all the time and the food is good and portion sizes were plenty I got the same thing I always get and the half a sandwich was about a quarter of a sandwich. Not impressed it also took about 10 minutes to order and 25 minutes to receive our food. We ordered a brownie and cookie which I had to ask the server to bring to us after we ate our meal. This was the worst experience. Definitely won’t be my first choice any longer
The sandwich and spud were delicious, my boyfriend got a hair on the bread of his sandwich though. Overall food was good but pretty expensive. We spent 38 dlls for two meals and drinks.
I know I am a very picky sandwich eater but a club sandwich should have a very distinctive flavor. Sweet is not one of them. You should be able to taste the bacon and not be placed next to a tomato because the acid will kill the bacon flavor, in which it did. There is too much cheese on this as well to where the dairy overtakes the meat taste. Regular lettuce should be used. If you likes sweet Dijon mustard which overpowers the club sandwich experience then this is the place for you.Broccoli and cheddar should have used sharp cheddar with your dairy thinning of the soup. It was pretty blend. Salt and pepper couldn’t bring the correct flavor up front to make it tasty.Waiting 10 minutes to take my order when I was the second person in the “dine in” line was excessive. I was checked on by someone that doesn’t take orders or is a server was a pleasant surprise. He was very friendly. The cashier/order taker was nice as well.
Food was cold. Delivered an hour and half after ordered. Sandwiches were soggy, soup was cold. Food was completely unacceptable. When you call to let them know they hang up on you cause they use Doordash and it's the delivery driver's fault? I didn't use Doordash, I ordered online and it's not their problem though. Terrible customer service that could've went a different direction but this establishment has no integrity about the quality of food that they put out. Very disappointing as this has been good food as long as you go into the restaurant. Don't have it delivered. Beware! No ownership of incomplete orders, poor quality food, or just blame it on the driver...
