Absolute garbage. I ordered "online" on a Friday night. I thought it was odd I wasn't required to pay for my online order. Their online ordering system states "we will contact you soon for payment!".My husband showed up 15 minutes later to pick up our food but they didn't have our order. So my husband placed the order for our food, that I already placed, and was home, which is literally, across the street, about 45 minutes later.I open my box of food and find a sloppy, soggy sandwich, with ONE undercooked slice of bacon, two pieces of lettuce that looks like it was plucked out of a compost pile, and a couple pickles. It appears as if my sandwich has been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. That's odd, since my husband waited about 45 minutes for our food, and I can see the actual restaurant from my backyard. As I'm inspecting whether or not my sandwich is edible, my husband picks up his food and DROPS it, because the lid wasn't secure, and his chicken wings go flying all over the kitchen floor.We have recently moved to the west side from Phoenix . Every restaurant we go to, every takeout we order, is seriously poor quality. But Long Wongs has been by far the worst food I've ever eaten on the west side of town. Oh but they did offer my husband a free drink as compensation. I already emailed Long Wongs corporate office due to their faulty online ordering. But I was compelled to write this review because of how bad the food we received was.
SO VERY DISAPPOINTED! THEY DON'T EVEN MAKE THEIR OWN DOUGH, PIZZA IS THIN AND TASTES HORRIBLE! I ORDER ONION RINGS AND ONLY GOT ABOUT 8 FOR $6.99.I CALLED TP ASK ABOUT IT AND THE GIRL SAID THAT THEY DIDN'T MAKE THE DOUGH AND THAT YES 8 ONION RINGS SOUND ABOUT RIGHT. SHE WAS SO RUDE. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! ? I DON'T RECOMMENDED, GO TO LITTLE CEASERS BETTER. THEIR DOUGH IS FRESH!
BEST FOOD EVER!! I love the people there and the food is so good. I come here very often and I’m never disappointed. I definitely recommend and I wish everyone could try it.
Expensive, burger wasn’t good. Boneless wings are all breading. Cashier dude needs personality.
Got 6 wings with medium sauce. Thought chicken strips would taste good... didn't know they came with fries! The chicken & fries were so hot the container for the ranch dressing melted... it was that hot! Good food!
Pizza tasted like cardboard absolutely terrible. Worst pizza ever! Chicken wings were meh they used to be better. Feels as though they pulled it out of the freezer and microwaved the food. Last time I go to this long wongs. Waste of 37 dollars.
Wings are good size. Chili Cheese Fries are good too and a big portion. The Honey Hot BBQ Sauce was abundant and had a good kick. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I'll definitely be back.
These are the best wings you can get, anywhere. Great flavors, made to order. (When you say well done or crispy, they are). Staff is friendly, clean environment. I love this place, must have wings once a week. Big thanks to the staff!
Solid place to get some meaty wings in gobs of sauce. Best wings we've had in Arizona and their garlic parmesan sauce is the best we've ever had. Hand cut spiral fries with special seasoning and crisp, fresh carrots and celery. We will be back!
Worst place! BEWARE. If I could I would of put zero stars but need to click one to write a review. The lady who was taking our order at the counter said it would be a while since they need to grill the chicken. What she / they did was put it in the microwave!!! Cmon really / The guy in the back was on his phone the whole time. Never once did we see him wash his hands and goes and unwraps our chicken for our pizza with his bare hands no gloves. I tell the lady and she says don’t be making false accusations. We asked for a refund and upon giving it she said to never come back
