Easter Sunday this year Mom wanted KFC so I stopped at the Surprise location. Worst decision I think I made in years, told only dark meat available in the bucket and when I got home and opened up the bag rhe chicken looked like it was on the rack for the whole shift and cooked again every hour just to keep it warm. Well longer story short, District office sent me a certificate for my loss of money and the store on Union hills & 92nd ave made it right as it could be. The reviews for union hills are missleading, I found it clean, well run and the people i dealt with were very pleasant. The chicken came in both dark and white and very tasty. Fresh too. Not fond of the biscuits though, seems something changed with them. . That's why only 4 stars. When I want kfc again, I'll drive the extra few miles.

My favorite kfc/Taco Bell to get my favorite fried chicken and those delicious biscuits service was awesome amazing people great experience overall and the chicken is always fresh ?

We stopped in for a quick take home meal and, after reading the reviews, I feel like I hit the lottery! I encountered no problems with either food quality, nor with the employees. I would rate this location unusually slow for how few customers there were at the time. I do feel that the employees and the location as a whole would benefit from extra training, especially concerning what I witnessed to be a problem customer in line before us.
Good food and at least they got my order right. Even though the customer service at drive thru was rude
I alwasy come here to get the same order and these girls said to me no they ain't giving me my same order they were plain rude and they packed all my food sloppy and it's just not right talked to me horrible I don't know how they got hired with bad attitudes and I won't be going back ever .
I like the food and everything but three times I've been there the last month I had to deal with this tall kid with long black hair chubby face he needs to go. All three times I've had to deal with him he's a little whiner I give him a simple order and he whines like" really " a complainer. Attitude with me in the Drive-Thru and an attitude with me when I came in there twice . And being that this is the only KFC for several miles
How u going to for get my gravy in the bag they gave ne corn instead of gravy in live far away just wanted sum to eat aith the family cuz i have to work early and. Litteerly I waites until all the chaos passed at store and never once yelled been disrespectful and ya still mess up the order
