Been here a few times never a promble but the last two times I seem to get the driest chicken not what I ordered my family likes original it was not to hard to eat dry had very hunger grandbabies I had to feed me or my husband could eat it headed to talk with manger to see if they will make it right
Just paid $37 for 8 piece meal and the chicken was disgusting. Chicken was dry and stale and the biscuits was under cooked. So disappointing. Money wasted for sure ?☹️
Customer service and macaroni and cheese were ok but the rest of the food was terrible. The chicken was old and dried. The fries were also old and dried as if they had been sitting there for quite a while, but the worst of all was the Cole slaw salad, it smelled funky and was bubbly, I gave it a little taste and just as I suspected, it had already gone bad. I feel sickened after that ?
Menu was very hard to read. Not organized and seemed very messy. I find it hard to believe that you don't offer a kids meal when you share the parking lot with a children's indoor playground! Also instead of receiving a mashed potatoes and gravy with my meal I received a container of only gravy! They also do not accept $50 bills which I find ridiculous with inflation, and a huge inconvenience since the cost of a family meal is usually $40 or more. If your employees can't recognize and handle money correctly, perhaps they shouldn't work there? Not a good experience and I will not be back. And I do not recommend to anyone.
Order was a 12 piece 1/2 original 1/2 crispy, 3 sides. Got 8 pieces original, 3 legs 1 wing crispy, 3 sides. Receipt machine not working. Ok food courteous staff.
Order quick pick up at the KFC on Peoria and 67th Avenue my order was supposed to be ready at 6:22 I've seen a guy go to the other side and hand people there food he came back I waved him down for my order he told me just a minute somebody to bring it to me they didn't give me my food til about 6:40pm and when I did get my food I asked for the supervisor because I wanted a refund they given me a phone number talking about they can't do a refund because I ordered onlin they will not be getting my business anymore
This new design of the dining area is very decked out. Menu is a tad bigger with a ton of diffrent things you can order. Meduim priced. Lots of parking and seating. Food is pretty good here and service is great. Good music and its a kids friendly environment. Highly recommended.
Walked in. No customers inside. Not greeted for almost 5 minutes so I was " privileged" to witness this drive thru conversation and it was quite loud. Both parties are black and it goes like this: worker: oh my God I'm so glad you're black i am so glad you are black. Customer laughs then worker says this," you got that melanin girl of course I'm giving you a discount". This just happened then a girl from the back said someone would be right with me. I told them that was a pretty racist conversation going on and we left. Blood boiling no doubt. Not only should this worker lose his job but he should be black listed. Clueless as to what racism even is! Giving a discount based on skin color. I'm sure he'll talk his way out of it. By the way, didn't see a single white person in there.EOE?
Chicken was delicious, of course they didn't have crispy only original, which seems to always be the issue with KFCs now, either that or running out of white meat. Anyway, Cole slaw still great, don't care for the biscuits anymore they've become drys and tasteless, mashed potatoes taste really fake tasting and the gravy is watered down.
Ordered tonight. 8pc meal. Mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese as sides. They forgot the mac and cheese but I got 2 bowls of mashed potatoes.
