Do Not Use Delivery service! We ordered food over an hour ago to be delivered. When we called to ask manager kept making excuses about short staff and getting order out. Food has still not been delivered.
Walked up at 6:30 saw that they only accept online orders walked back to my car placed an online order then waited about 15 minutes. Walked up to them placing a “we’re closed” sign… The person at the front said they close at 7 when it was 6:51… He told me “he voided all orders, so they can’t make a turkey sandwich” maybe tell your customers before they wait in their car that their order is voided…
Walked in today for lunch and they had no bread available at the moment. 15-20 minute wait to "allow the bread to cool". Seriously? There were literally 8 employees standing around. Several customers who arrived immediately walked out.
Hands down best customer service received at a Jimmy John’s ever by Jason! Really impressed. Great food and highly recommend.
Visiting from Mississippi and went to one of my favorite sub places back home... Jimmy John's! My sister and I (who I haven't seen in over a year) treated ourselves to lunch out! Service was great... Greeted with a smile and our food exceeded our expectations! My only regret .. should have gotten a giant instead of.a regular size sub. The dining area was clean and spacious (music a tad bit loud for us but was still able to hold conversation). The bathroom was clean and humorous too ...I like the 'uranus' facts located in front of the toilet.? That made me chuckle to read and take care of business at same time ?. Thank you for another great experience JJs!!!!! I'd definitely come back again! Two thumbs up??
If you can get a sandwich here they are generally good but, there has been a few times when the bread has been hard. The reason for the two stars is because I've been here a few times recently and they don't even have bread to make sandwiches which I find inexcusable for a sandwich shop. I'd liken it to a butcher not having meat. I'm not sure what's going on here lately but some better management needs to take place. I've also gone in here several times in the recent past and I've been told there's a 20-30 minute wait...which is not freaky fast at all. Again, I'll chalk it up to a management issue. Both issues could be corrected with proper management. I haven't gone to Jersey Mike's in a long time but it may be time to start going across the street. Get it together Jimmy!

Not even worth 1 star takes over an hour for delivery. They are no longer freaky fast. Sandwiches looked slapped together. Do not order from here if you're getting delivery.
Last Saturday I placed an order at 11:59am. I walked in the door at 12:20pm and my order wasn't ready. I understand that Saturday's are busy but there were 4 orders on the counter not bagged and it seemed that the employees were lost. Finally they asked the delivery guy to start help packing the orders. 3 other people were waiting for online orders plus 7 groups of 1 to 2 people were waiting for their orders. There needs to be a better system at this place.The weekend before they had no bread at noon. Long story short I didn't get my sandwiches till 12:40...this is not "freaky fast!"
HORRIBLE they put almost nothing in their sandwiches and charge almost $8. So basically ripping people off. JJs used to be good. Not anymore. This has happened at 2 separate locations to us.
