2nd time they let the UberEats driver know too late that they ran out of bread. Employees are a joke.

Lousy.....stuff just looks at you with the eyes of someone on life support, no hustle no intellect of any kind....on top if that can't figure out how to not over charge for things they don't have that come on your sandwich.... useless staff, void of understanding costumer service

Not sure why all the 1 star reviews. We have been here 10 plus times and have never had a problem. Customer service and food have always been fantastic.

Regarding the location at Lake Pleasant Parkway and Happy Valley Rd, I eat out in this local area almost every day! Having never really tried Jersey Mike's I gave it a chance a couple of days ago. I enjoyed the sandwich and was already back tonight for another sandwich! After arriving shortly after 8 pm, when their hours clearly state they are open until 9 pm, both on the front door and online, I placed my order and made it a combo since I had plenty of time to eat my sub in the store. As I waited for my sub, I fixed my drink and started eating my chips at a table. Upon my order being completed, I was advised that the lobby actually closed at 8 pm. Confused, I gathered up my items and left the store, double checking for any signage that the lobby closes at 8 pm and not seeing any such signage. The only time I've seen stores close their lobby before they close their normal hours is when they have a drive-thru. Why would Jersey Mike's need to close their lobby at 8 pm, but let in customers in the same lobby until 9 pm? Once I read the other reviews about poor customer service from this store, in particular, I decided that I will no longer be giving my business to this restaurant.

Rude, slow, terrible service and staff. Would never eat here again. If the work ethic was as strong as the attitudes, it’d probably be a decent place

Horrible service. I walked in asked for my husbands order, they guy behind the counter never said one thing to me like “Hello, welcome in”. He turned his back and walked into the back. A few moments later another guy comes out looks at the order ticket and begins making a sandwich. He never said a word to me either. The food sat on the counter until another guy came out and was asked to finish the sandwich. TRAINING would be incredibly helpful at this location! Otherwise I should have made my own sandwich at home. Hope I do not have to stop here again.

I used to love Jersey Mike's. I thought it was the best subplace to go. The last year it has gone down down down hill hill for the 2nd time in a row they got my order wrong I ordered a Buffalo chicken sandwich with nothing but chicken Buffalo sauce and provolone cheese. I got home the bread was soggy, I don't know how since there was barely any Buffalo sauce on there but the inside of my sandwich was white and creamy filled with White American cheese and blue cheese dressing it was absolutely disgusting. I always tip hoping my sandwich will ne made right but it doesn't help

By far the worst customer service at this location. Rude employees. Made my sandwich wrong for the 4th time and then had the nerve to give ME attitude. Employee refused to give his name, his managers name, the GM's name and then when I advised I will find it he said "oh no you won't." Other teens working were laughing as if it was funny. Never even gave an apology...just gave complete attitude. All rude teenagers working. Tried calling the store and they won't even answer the phone. After calling multiple times they answered and then hung up on me. Called back again and their voicemail is full. They definitely need some training on customer service. The worst service I've ever received. And looking at other reviews I'm not the only one who thinks that. I'd like to be contacted by the manager.

Just had the rudest most unbelievable experience. They messed up a simple online order for pickup. Had to drive back to the location only to have them rudely ask what's wrong it, throw the sandwich across the counter, give attitude, and say they guess they could re make it. They refused to provide their name, any sort of manager information, which other employees thought was funny. They purposely did not answer the phone either after multiple attempts. Will be demanding a call from store manager!

The negative comments here are completely justified. The big boy in charge always has an attitude, he complained that they were under staffed (4 employees serving 3 customers) and the facility is marginally clean at best every time I go there….WENT there. Never again. I’m a delivery driver and I will refuse any orders from this particular “restaurant” going forward.
