Absolute worst experience I’m a construction worker and I pull up in my big company truck I already know I cannot go through the drive-through so I park I walked up to the dining room and yes it’s closed and they want to say that they’re shorthanded because they only have two cars in the drive-through so I patiently wait for the cars to order and then I walk up and say hello over with the menu is that where you would order your food I get no response so then I knock on the door and I see the woman hind and then I walked up to the window and patiently wait for the cards and moves and I can ask if I can order my food which then I am now being grilled by the woman that works there saying that I’m yelling at her that I’m pounding at her windows. And telling me that if I didn’t like it I can go to McDonald’s and order my food there so I will say that this is probably the worst experience ever had your dining room is closed because it too much for them. Sounds like you need yo replace this people who can work

Waited an eternity in the drive thru without even being acknowledged. When I asked if there was anybody there I was told to wait. Waited another eternity before they came back on. A quarter of an hour just to have my order taken. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

I've always enjoyed Jack in the box. I would say they are expensive even with a coupon. I'm not sure if food was smaller because of the coupon...I remember there burgers being a lot better especially the ultimate since that one is my favorite

The ladies in the morning are my favorite, always so kind.Ordered the spicy curly fries with cheese, jalapeño and bacon. Loved them the first time I got them. This time they were frozen hardly any cheese no bacon and like 2 pieces of jalapeño and lettuce ?. I called several times and no answer.

About a month ago my wife forgot our debit card while buying a sandwich. Later that day, there were several charges made at the local gas station by somebody else. We made the police complaint and it was evident that it had to do with the management Using our card illegally at other places of business. Yet the police never prosecuted the management. If you’re going to go to this restaurant make sure you give them cash. They’re not trust worthy!

Waited 20-30 minutes in drive thru line. Upon getting to the order screen, there is a note that says online orders only and the lady on the intercom said online orders only. I asked her to be sure if I could just place an order now and she said no. By this time there were already people behind me in line, so was unable to exit the line. I had to wait through the 20-30 minute wait line in drive through and didn't even get to place an order. Completely unacceptable. Please post the sign BEFORE the drive through line.

I can definitely say that the girl working the drive through needs to become more professional. To start she talked as if she was already annoyed with her job. We order. We get to the window and she asked us what condiments we wanted, I answered and she rolled her eyes and closed the window. No receipt. Got the order wrong. Had to go back and they reluctantly assisted us. The cashier would not approach the window and proceeded to cuss us out in Spanish to her management. Thinking we white people would not understand her. Appalled and never giving our business to this location again. No wonder you work in fast food. I can't see how anyone could possibly enjoy her company any longer than the time it takes to get the food out the window. I am not sorry for the last sentence. She deserves it. If you hate your job. Work harder for a better one.

Didn't give the correct order and when I wrapped around to fix it they said they weren't taking orders for 5 to 10 minutes. I was the only person in drive through at 2pm.

No one at the front counter I stood there for a good 7-8 min before I was helped and that’s a understatement. From the looks of this operation they would rather deal with the drive thru and looked annoyed if your in the lobby cause they’re are pulled from the drive thru… then the look of distane from Martha is obvious she hates her job.. time to quit Martha
