Worst customer service ever. Went thru the drive way to get food for my wife and kids and the girl was so rude and when I told her I want a meal with regular size drink she said what’s that mean I said the size you have for the price on the board for the meal she then said I don’t know what that is and then said she wouldn’t serve me. I went inside to complain and the manager was just as rude and kicked me out. I’ve filed complaints with Jack before about this place and never got a response back. So disappointing I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and the service has gone to not caring about customers
I used to go to this location often because it was the closest to home but I will not be coming here anymore. First, they close at random times. One Saturday, I remember this location wasn't open at 9:30pm. I thought JITB was a 24-hour fast food place. Second, they miscounted and gave me less than what I paid for. Third, they don't always ask you what utensils you may need or sauces, you have to tell them! AND this place went downhill since the pandemic. Service has gotten much slower, it takes much longer to get an order and they have this stupid tactic of "back up and pull forward" which damaged my car on the side. If I ever get asked that again at any other JITB location, I simply will refuse. No more. Ain't waiting for one snack for 10-20 mins either. If they can't manage their time efficiently, then they should be a dine-in restaurant, not a drive thru that seems to be open whenever they feel like it. They should at least update their hours on Google.
They never get the order right. You always have to check and make sure it's sausage and not ham. Today I didn't realize I needed to check and make sure it had all of the items in the breakfast sampler platter
Jack is a great to go get some dinner and have a quiet time to yourself. The manager is on top of things. The food was fresh & the fries were crisp. Nothing to complain about here. I'd come back for a nice time away from the struggles of home life.
Went through the drive thru had to wait about 8 mins in front of the speaker on my turn to place an order, then after paying they ask you to pull forward and wait for the food. Once home the portions of the food were under, like half full everything. Disappointed with this location, every time i stop by is because the wife doesn’t want to waste time and gas to travel to a preferred location with 200% better food quality and service. Just thought to leave my 2 cents here.
For “24 hour drive throu” sure looks like it’s closed every time. 11:50pm and there are two pallets blocking the drive throu lane.✔️All lights on✔️ employees present✔️ pallets downYOU MUST BE OPEN “24/7 drive throu”
Went through the drive through tonight and both orders of chicken nuggets were left off of our order.not only did I pay for the chicken nuggets and didn’t receive them but they were for the kids. They need to improve their ability to ensure that the order is correct. The phone number listed will not connect to the store. So not able to call and speak to anyone.
Ok, not very fast. They are pretty slow on their orders.Takes at least 15 min. To get 5 tacos. Just ridiculous!
I was recently there and I have to admit that I had to wait literally an hour for my order, and I was not the only one. I understand that they might have been understaffed which I totally understand. I was completely patient in waiting, but I felt so sorry for the trainee that was coming out to bringing the orders out. I swear no other employee showed their face but her. She was getting yelled at for wrong items and the wait, even after constantly apologizing for all the inconvenience because nobody else was coming out and doing it. I saw her completely breakdown in front of me. I'm sorry but I think management should have stepped up instead of throwing the trainee into the sharks like that and they need to appreciate what this poor trainee was doing for them. The only reason I'm giving this location stars is because of that trainee, and hope she finds some place better that'll appreciate her and not do her like that again.
One of the worst jack in the box. Closed a lot when they are supposed to be open. Rude staff. Our of items. Food orders wrong and or missing items. Have been to this location a few times. Will never. Ever return there
