MOLDY CHICKEN SANDWICH - i work in the area and don't eat fast food much but stopped here to grab a quick cheap chicken sandwich. They were out of chicken patties, but the (Rude) girl working said they had regular sandwiches. After she gave me attitude for taking longer than normal to order because they did not have what I wanted, I got my $7 chicken sandwich and went back to work. Halfway through eating the sandwich, when I pulled it out of the paper wrapper it was in, I found a chunk of mold on the bun the size of my thumb. GROSS!! I did not have time to return it on my lunch that I didn't get to eat, so I returned it after work. The manager returning it was nice, but that shouldn't be happening.Check your food before you drive away from this place. Or better yet just don't go at all and save yourself some time and your lunch break.
I would have left 0 stars but that is not an option. This Jack in the Box location is TERRIBLE! It is always closed at the strangest times and the iconic chair blocking the drive thru is comical at this point. The many times I have gone through the drive thru just to be told "mobile orders only" is hilarious. The owners need to close up shop and allow an establishment that knows how to run a business occupy this spot. The owners are either incompetent or just don't care. An area like this deserves much better. Maybe we as residents need to reach out to the property owners and have them revoke the lease? Check other reviews, owners just response with the same copy and paste response... STAY CLEAR OF THIS LOCATION!!!
This place is unbelievable, I don't usually write bad reviews but this place is insane! Last week I went to grab dinner for the family and I pulled up to the Drive-through and someone came on the intercom and told me that they were not taking drive-through orders that I had to order through the mobile app if I wanted to get something. Are you kidding me? I'm literally sitting right here wanting to give you my order and you are refusing my $50 plus order. Then today I stopped in to get a breakfast sandwich sandwich and got stuck in line in front of the intercom, I then sat there for 25 minutes and no one even bothered to tell me what was going on. After 10 minutes I started laying on my horn as people behind me were doing....still nothing. I was trapped in line and couldn't backup and wasted 25 minutes of my day staring at the menu. An employee even saw the line as she walked an order to someones car and still nothing! Finally the other 8 cars behind me got the picture and backed out and just as I was backing someone finally came on the intercom....didnt apologize or offer an explanation. Thank you for wasting my valuable time! I wont be dining here ever again! This happened Saturday April 2nd between 1030 & 11am. I hope the owner sees this and does something about it! If I ran my business this way Id be out of business and yours isnt going to be open long operating this way!
Well what can say??? Service was fine... food was fine... cant say anything bad food was as expected. If your in the mood for Jack then thus will satisfy your craving.
Really can’t give much of a review because they’re almost NEVER open. There’s always some excuse - “system is updating” or “mobile orders only” or “staff training” and probably some others I’m forgetting. Read through the other reviews to get a better idea. Real annoying to see the same basic response from the manager/owner/whoever and yet continue to see the same problems almost EVERY time we try to get food here.
Wow...... what a totally disappointing stop at this Jack in the Box today. I was really looking forward to having a couple of Jack in the Box tacos and I had a craving for orange soda. What a total disappointment. I stood at the order area to order for five minutes there was no one in front of me, and the lady working in the back looked at me five times,, turned and looked at two girls chatting behind her,, and never once told them that somebody would like to order. After 5 minutes they came and took my order. I used the restroom and it was dirty and there was no toilet paper in the stall that I was in. All I saw was ladies working there that day so I'm very surprised that they kept their bathroom so unkempt. A lady came from behind the counter very quickly to tell me I wasn't allowed to take photos in there, and I kindly asked to see the posting of that because I didn't see that sign posted anywhere. She never came back to show me a posting. If she was as quick to have taken my order today I'm sure I would not be giving them a bad review. The only reason I'm giving it a 2 is because the tacos were actually good. I hope the managers or owners see this review because this team here has a long way to go when it comes to customer service. The lady had no problem coming out to chastise me about taking photos but she didn't give a hoot about whether or not I got waited on or not. ..JACK would be very disappointed....
The lady on the headset at the call box was very pushy, after every item "is that all?" Like, let us order lady.Then we get our food and low and behold, NO NAPKINS...in drive thru, not one napkin in any of our bags (family of 4). We weren't told thank you, have a nice day, nothing.I work fast food and when I train employees in drive thru, I always tell them "make sure there are napkins, especially the kids meals as kids are messy, I personally won't go back to a place that doesn't give napkins in the drive thru"
Drive thru is ALWAYS blocked by a barstool, with people inside talking. If the barstool isn’t in the drive thru, their “systems are down”. Can never get food after about 8pm sometimes earlier. This place is awful, should just close it since they dont want to be open anyways.
Mmmm their tacos are on point. Very quick drive through service. No issues at all. Fries tend to get cold quickly but whatchagonnado?
Drove to this Location on Wed 22 around 930 pm, drive thru had a chair blocking it. I proceeded to park next to 3 other cars. I was able to see people inside mingling with employees but the doors were locked. I know the drive thru states 24 hours and The lobby closes at 10pm. I did call and leave a message with the number on the business to ask them to update the hours. This is my 3rd time trying to purchase food at this location. All 3 times it was closed early with people inside. Lost another customer Jack.
