I can only give so many chances to a restaurant the food is never ready in a timely fashion it’s breakfast it shouldn’t take 35 minutes, and for the third time in a row My order is wrong, but after the long wait I don’t have the time or energy to wait for my order to be fixed.Pay a little bit more and go to biscuits down the street the food is much better it never takes forever to come to the table.
The actual IHOP is fine but they're parking lot and surrounding area is full of trash. You have nice hotels and a great location. You have out of state visitors coming to Arizona to see a filthy mess in the parking lot. What an embarrassment for an establishment. I was walking out of the restaurant when there was out of state people coming in commenting on how filthy Arizona is. Takes 5 minutes to send an employee out and pick up trash in the parking area. And by no means was this new trash.
Today they was short of employees, but I just want to say they did a great job. Olivia was awesome, food came out fast and hot. she always get refills before we ask. Even they was short of people they handled excellent the situation.
Clean, Waite staff friendly. My egg / pancake breakfast arrived warm, but not hot. I truly believe the staff were too few, although they were trying their best to take orders and serve guests. IHOP like many others are having their challenges with staffing. Still a better choice than other breakfast restaurants.
What type of service is this, they serve you and they treat you like you’re an animal. The girl begged me not to write a bad review. The server told me not to even give them a tip, something is up with this place I haven’t even yet got my drink and I’ve been here for over an hour waiting on my food. The server asked me for my card because he was going to close us out because the computers needed to be closed. I paid for my food and I did not even get my food I got two pancakes instead of my 2 x 2… I’ll be calling my bank
We got seated with our menus thrown down on the table we waited 10 to get our drinks. I noticed dust in between the separation from the other booth I also noticed the seats were dirty when I realized there wasn’t anyone sitting an empty booth it was a dirt shadow?!Service was horrible we barley got 2 words out of our server and our food came out cold. Let’s not forget my crusty half and half
I've always loved ihop, and I'm happy to say that I've never once had a bad experience with them. Every time we come in, the staff treats you as if you're an old friend even if they've never seen you before and it's so very refreshing to have that pleasant atmosphere. The pricing is good, the food is amazing, I've never had the mess up in order and I'm so weird about substitutions and things, so I'm always very impressed with them. I am happy to have such amazing service in our neighborhood because I love IHOP.
Food was good once it finally came out (OVER 2 HOURS). We sat an hour waiting for drinks and over another hour for the food to come out. A spider came down from the ceiling right next to our table, which made the girls all scream. I had to kill it.I also had to ask for EVERYTHING like syrup, ketchup, refills, etc. Sorry, not impressed and won't come back to this location.
Me and my Mom decided to go for breakfast after my Dr visit. So , we decided to goto IHOP on Bell Road and 75th Ave. We have been at this particular location for several times and got excellent service and excellent food. It’s still a great place to go for breakfast, lunch and Dinner. I love there classic breakfast sampler and my mom had a spicy breakfast bowl and had excellent coffee and service although IHOP was busy on a Wednesday!!! They did change the restaurant inside new colors on the wall and new booths and put up new pictures inside.. They are also busy on a Sunday as well !!!
I was impressed with range of choices for breakfast plus lunch and dinner. There were happy hour prices on a separate menu with great prices. Was there about 6pm.
