$25 hot pot? Yes! Completely satisfied with both the food and the service.The self serve bar had plenty of fresh vegetables, noodles, and seafood. Meat and water came quickly when requested. I read other reviews about poor service, but did not have the same experience.Not as many options as I'm used to, but I'm also used to paying twice as much. I would definitely go back.
Broth was good but they didn’t have many options to add into your soup and they were out of rice. A huge benefit is that they have tons of seafood options and decent meet options. Terrible service, the server lady isn’t very attentive but the younger bartender boy is and seems to be the only one working hard. There was many times we had to waive down the lady to pay attention to us and she forgot our requests that we would have to waive her down again. We saw a ton of people just walk out for not being served or even looked at. We did try to come here once and during buisness hours and they were closed. We saw many reviews that stated they had inconsistencies about their hours and even heard people speaking about how they are never open.Seemed kind of expensive for the bad service.
the hot pot here is really good! They have you choose from a pork based broth, beef based broth, vegetarian broth, or Tom yum based broth(sweet and sour soup). I had the beef and the Tom yum both absolutely very delicious! the Tom yum is on the spicier side so if you cant handle heat, the beef broth or pork broth would be a better option for you.The meats that were served here are nicely and evenly cut and they taste really good! Especially when dipped in this soy sauce mixture they give you when they seat you!Every waiter here was very kind and if it’s your first time they explain how to order.They have a little area where you can go and grab seafood, vegetables, and noodles all you want!TLDR: would come back again!!
Meat portions are decent for price and the broth is okay. Sadly over the course of the meal the attentiveness of the servers pluments. Been here twice and both times they only checked on us once after giving us our broth, in order to give us our check.
My daughter had VB games in Glendale and Mesa. So we stayed overnight in Glendale. She had craving for hotpot and we don't have it in the area where we live. So I found this one from Google. We came at Jan 19th, 22. The staff explained how it worked. There was 6 different of soup and we got to pick 2 types. Since there's a pot with 2 different soups to be able to put it. Then we could choose 4 types of meat out of 8 types. I chose chicken breast, prime beef, beef tounge, and beef brisket. They were all cut thin, and put in a plate. Also in the buffet area, there's different kind of noodles, vegetables, rice, and seafood (octopus, beef trips, eggs, muscles, clams, clay fish?, shrimp). They all were looking fresh/great. The staff explained how to cook the thin meat in the hot pot. We ordered beef soup and Thai chili soup. The soup bases were so delicious. Since this is the buffet, we could request more and more meat once we were Dome with the plate. The owner also came and asked what did we need more. She was really nice and sweet. I ordered the sugar cane juice and it was so refreshing too. We came back on Feb 21st because my daughter said the food tasted great, and I agreed with her. This time, I ordered avocado juice (so good with some jellies in). Overall, we came hungry, but finished full with great food/service/healthy fresh meal. Thank you so much for everything. We just had our first experience here and we really enjoyed it! We were immediately seated but there weren’t too many people there. The food was delicious! The broth was super and the waitress tailored the spiciness to our preference. There was plenty of meat and the waitress offered us as much as we wanted. The add ins were fresh and the seafood options were plentiful. Since this was our first time doing hot pot it was overwhelming but our waitress walked us through it. The price was $25 a person which seemed a bit much at first but the experience and food made it well worth it. In my opinion this is perfect place to have a date night and leave the kids with a sitter but they do offer a discount for kids. We are looking forward to coming here again!

Long swathes of time pass by for any service. Don't expect someone to walk up and check up on you. You want something you'll likely have to gesture. Most of the staff that night looked like teenage boys completely preoccupied with their cell phones.CleanlinessACCEPTABLE - The dining room and serving areas look alright. The men's room soap dispenser was missing pieces and the supplemental soap bottle was empty. Didn't give me good feelings about the male waitstaff.It was alright for just an experience but I'm not likely to return there.
This place was great! The food was 5 star….but the service was a 3 star….The older lady in the restaurant has an attitude like she dislikes to give service at least to us hispanics….why do you say?While we were dining I had to go ask her for my refill…we had to get up to ask for anything….There was a american eating across and they had there refills on time and everything…When we were almost done we saw two groups of ppl coming in being her own race and she was all smiles and great attitude…but with us it was a straight face across!!
Great atmosphere. Here for lunch. First time here. Was explained how to use the center pot for cooking at your table. Noodles and stuff at buffet bar. Reasonable buffet rate for lunch. NOT A FAST FOOD PLACE.
Service wasn't the best but that isn't the point of the restaurant, they were nice and accommodating. The food was phenomenal for my first time trying Vietnamese food and they had a video explaining how to order. Will come again. Vegetables and seafood buffet style. Not fast food come if you have some time to enjoy food.
