Have been here before and the food has always been good, the service on the other hand has always been sketchy. Tonight we went there and there was no one up front. The sign said sign in and have a seat. We did and no one came up front as most people came in for to go orders and to sit. A guy came up front answered the phone to take a to go order, got a to go order for someone and still didn't do anything with us. Eventually he asked if we were a 4 top with 2 people we didn't even know. So we told him 2 but the phone rang so he went to take that rather than seat us. Then more to go orders came in so we left.I don't think we will be back. There are other Vietnamese restaurants that might be a longer drive but service here is so bad it's not worth it.
We go eat there at least once a week. But today we went to heat up the left overs from the day before and we found a cockroach in our food. I’m beyond sad to know that our favorite restaurant is not clean.
Good food for the price. I have eaten inside and done take out multiple times. They don't have a huge menu (which I like) so choosing what you want is easy. The chili paste there is also very good and works with anything. You won't be disappointed.This place is best when it's not busy so plan accordingly.
Terrible…. Literally terrible. Every time we come in they try to tell us they are closed around 7pm. Service is just not even explainable. The owners need to step in if they are going to survive. Food is fuego tho ??
I used to order from here during the pandemic. I finally visited the actual location WOW! I was blown away by how lovely, cozy, romantic, appealing a visual smorgasbord! Casual fast dining With absolute class! The ambiance is unexpectedly fantastic! Teleport to an Asian fortress! All of this doesn't even have to do with the food! The food is incredible. ( So far tried Almost all Pho, spring rolls, fried rice and egg rolls. Also sampled boba)
Very cute place, clean, good food, very nice servers and love that they put Vietnamese music. The only thing they need to do better are the restrooms, need to be cleaner. It’s sweet, don’t need to travel far to enjoy Vietnamese culture and its yummy food!
The food is pretty good, nice and fresh. But giving the lower rating as it is very evident this establishment lacks service. It takes a long time for someone to acknowledge you when you enter the front door and a long time to be serviced. But if you do not mind the long wait, then the food is about a 4 1/2 star rating.Features: Masks not required.
You may not think much of this place if you see it as you drive by. Even once you open the door, and are greeted by an empty host's desk with a sign to put your name on the list on a notepad, you might be tempted to cut your losses and go to a nearby place.I'm glad we waited for a few minutes to have someone come over to tell us that they'd be right with us, then waited a bit more to be seated, because once the drinks arrived (mango smoothie, mango slushy and Vietnamese coffee), we realized we made the right call.The food is most excellent; the carnivore in our party, who doesn't like stews at all, ordered the pork sandwich and found the pork delicious but the bread was too hard. We also got pho and fried rice and we all tried everything. It is a testament to how good their pho is, that our non-stew-eating person in our party traded the sandwich for the pho, and now wants to come back every week to try everything on the menu.Other reviewers have mentioned, and you can see in the pictures, that the place looks very nice inside, but I wanted to give a sense of how good the food is.
Very much enjoyed our lunch. First time experiencing Pho. The waiter was very helpful in choosing menu items. The restaurant was very clean and the food high quality, well prepared and delicious. I had the beef short rib Pho and my husband had the beef stir fry. The best part was the mango tea! It is a green tea with mango and aloe Vera added with chunks of real mango in the bottom. They give you a wide mouth straw to enjoy. Will go again!
I absolutely love this place. The spicy beef shank Spivey noodle soup is now my favorite above all other food I order for delivery. The brisket and rare steak pho is right up there as well. But the spicy soup has a PERFECT balance of spicy,sweet and THE MOST delicious light broth I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this place. All the food has been superb but the soups happen to be my fav
