Great food but they are always out of things, like ketchup or sports peppers basic condiments that should be there. I get that sometimes it happens but this is all the time. The worst part....they let you order in drive thru, then after you pay for it they hand it to you and say " Oh by the way we were out of Ketchup or mustard or pickles or onions or Ranch or sports peppers" really...come on You could have told me when ordering a Chicago dog hou were out of sports peppers...that the whole reason for ordering it!! I dont recommend disappointing experiences...not once but many times...
This is fast becoming my favorite burger joint! I'm following a regimented diet (keto-ish), so I was pleasantly surprised to find out all their burgers on the menu can be served sans bun, and wrapped in lettuce! I opted for the California Style Double Steak Burger, while my wife got a Chili Cheese Dog meal. The dog had copious amounts of chili & cheese on top to the point where you almost needed a knife and fork to eat it. Both of us really enjoyed what we ordered. I snuck a few fries from my wife - they were done to perfection.I'm looking forward to our next visit. I would like to try every burger on the menu!
The food here is usually good, but it seems like my order is wrong almost every time I go, whether dining in or going through the drive thru. I seem to always get “served” by Gracie. She always seems to have an attitude, and then gets my order wrong. She solely makes me want to go to the location on Bell instead, even though this is my neighborhood location. Today, I asked (and paid) for chili to be added on my burger and the burger did not have it. It’s frustrating to get all the way home and have things missing. This is at least the third time in a row my order has been wrong.
Just stopped in to grab a shake after a ball game. Claim to be best shakes and they didn't disappoint! Delicious.
I waited to write my review for management to have a chance to correct the service or even hear what had happened and fix the issue. However they decided to ignore me. I love Freddy's food it's a go to when you want to go out to eat and I was happy to see that one was close to my new place. I went to this location a few times and the last time I went was in March I haven't been back because of the lack of care the employee had. I went to the drive thru and when I got to the window Santana was handling payment and hand off of the food. She was short with everything she said. Gave my payment she handed me the chocolate shake which was overflowing with chocolate sauce before I was able to handle that she was handing me the bag of food so I hurried to put the shake down. Grabbed the bag and instantly she's trying to hand me my card I sat the bag of food on my lap and grabbed the card and I moved the bag to find something sticky now on my pants and she was shutting the window. I waited a moment and waved to get her attention and asked for fry sauce figured what was the point of mentioning the now stain on my pants and the chocolate covered cup because she obviously didn't care to hand it off to me. I parked to clean up everything and the sticky stain will not budge So I go home and clean up Finally getting to eat and my drink is nothing but carbonation syrup was out. That was the cherry on top of that experience. Then my husband mentioned that they chocolate shake was basically just chocolate syrup. Frustrated I went to their site to let them know of the experience and to correct it how they see fit. After a week I had heard nothing. Then I got an email from hr and they asked how I thought the resolution of my issue was handled. I emailed back letting them know that I had no communication on the issue. They responded that they were escalating this and I should hear from someone soon. Waited and nothing sent an email again that I have not been contacted and now they are ignoring my messages. So I sent them a final email stating that I will now review my experience for people to see. Disappointed that the company didn't care enough to reach out to at least hear what the issue was.
Really enjoyed my Freddy's Combo.Good deal also, I got the single with cheese,grilled onion & grilled jalapenosVery Tasty, in fact, best burger I've had in a long time... Definitely coming back!
Food is always good but the restaurant is always freezing cold making it impossible to stay and eat. We either have to eat outside or go home to eat. If you want to eat in the restaurant, bring a parka.
The only reason I am not giving 5 stars isn because we have had our desert messed up a few times. Given the wrong ingredients when we were in the drive through. Both times the staff was very quick to remake our deserts and very positive. Food isnalways great take out and dine in!
Clean..Good food..Pleasant atmosphere..Frozen, not fresh onion rings.Just Too expensive for what I got.
My first time eating here was a few weeks ago and it was good so I returned. This time I found a long red hair in my fries which I didn’t see until it was halfway in my mouth. I almost threw up??. Hair in food is one of the biggest reasons I’m scared to eat out. But if not for the hair I would return.
