They couldn't not get the CO2 cartridge to work in either machine so I could get a diet coke. He did try to fix it. However, he had a really bad attitude. Told him I was doing a review he said he didn't care because nobody reads them anyway! Asked for his name he refused he didn't have to. Currently 8:22 pm Friday night, July 22,2022.I had to make copy of receipt for my full refund. He was extremely rude and was extremely cocky.

My last time there was over 6 months ago. It was around $17 for a burger and fries and the bun fell apart and the burger was small. Used to be a great chain.

Your door says verbatim, "OPEN 7 DAYS". Except Monday and Tuesday though, those days dont count I guess? Every week you change your hours and what days you feel like you want to be open. I will make it easy for you. We just won't come at all anymore. Not to this location you can't even go to for dinner anymore. Sounds like a lazy GM who doesn't want to work past 6pm. Don't worry, we won't be coming anymore. I will make sure we don't send anyone from our hotel just around the corner. Their money and mine is better spent elsewhere. Shame, I once loved this location. Oh well, your loss.
I ordered on the app and dined in. For some unexplainable reason, my order was wrong, but that was a minor irritation, because the order matched what was on the receipt. I probably hit the wrong button somewhere. Although they do not make your fries until you arrive to pick up your order (which is a GREAT idea), my fries were not that hot. They give you SO much more that you expect, and they are really delicious, so, again, only a minor disappointment. The burger was really good and there is really no way to ruin a beverage, so ultimately, I enjoyed my meal. If not for the minor irritants, I would have easily rated them the highest. I would definitely recommend them highly.
THIS IS NOT A LETTUCE WRAP...YALLS HOURS ARE NEVER RIGHT. FOOR SAYS 7 DAYS AWEEK YET YALL WILL RANDOMLY BE CLOSED ON A TUESDAY...I am not impressed with the quality of your food or the customer service.
Well pretty much the pinnacle of a burger in my opinion. Always fresh. Always what you ordered with crazy amounts of topping.The fries are pretty good (I am not really a fries person) and you get a lot of them please share a regular one you do not need a large.Only drawback, as with a lot in today's world, is the price. Currently 11$ for a burger, that is a standard double with cheese. Do I think it's a fair price sure, but a bit costly to do daily with a drink and fries IMO.
First time. I had the double cheeseburger with fries, wife had a single. We shared an order of fries, there was plenty. The burger was a quality meat and cheese. All the condiments are free, a great selection. The fries were good, skin on.quality food but pricy. I don't know if I will go back.
Employee taking my order was very friendly, but I was quickly reminded why I don't ever eat here. No combo options. Very expensive. Look at my picture. I spent $17 at lunch today for that....
