Always so good. Never anything wrong with our food when we order. My son absolutely loves the bean and cheese burritos!
My previous post was removed because the owner complained.. so I will post it again. My wife and I went to eat and both our food was cold.. I simply asked for them to warm it up.. I didn't ask for them to remake it.. The photos are what we got back.. I could sue if I want to.. instead I Am choosing to simply say I would not recommend this place.. I had been going here for 10 years and it is not the same..
I know it's a hit and miss with great Filibertos this place is definitely a miss. For $10.81 I got a scoop of cold burnt carne. The tortilla wasn't even warm. Save yourself the time and money, don't come to this one.
Ordered a Carne Asada burrito. We had one previously at another Filibertos off the 10 freeway which was excelleny.Very disappointed with this location. Burrito was half the size and not very tasty. Maybe I caught them on a bad day.I will go to another location next time.
Great workers on the night shift!!!! Went here past midnight and Adrian and Josh were working and gave us wonderful service. They were very kind and bubbly and gave us 5 star customer service. They are amazing at making customers leave happy and the food was very tasty. Thank you!!!
Josh and Adrian were amazing me, my wife and our friend went at 2 am and they had no lack of energy josh made sure I had coupons for everything we ordered and they made our burritos so fat and so good I’m so happy with the service I received tonight
Even today when customer service has went to hell this is the one restaurant I've found to be delicious,and delightful.!!!The overnight cooks are amazing and go out of their way to make you feel welcome,and believe it or not.... They radiate a feeling of human kindness and concern!!!The one place I can't say enough good things about!!
Good food that was fresh and tasted great. The portions were more than adequate. Definitely a good bang for your buck.
They aren't open 24 hours. Their lobby was closed at 9pm on Saturday today. Drive thru only establishment. It's like the McDonald's in the same lot, but they have tortillas.
Honestly this is the worst Filiberto in town! I have went multiple times giving it the benefit of doubt but they fail me all the time,I won’t be going anymore! Food is always cold, tortillas sometimes not cooked all the way,salsa and food are flavorless. I’m so sorry but it’s the truth,this location needs a serious improvement!!
