Go with the daily specials ,specially Tuesday's and Thursday's, lots of tasty food for a moderate price!!!!!
Oh wowzer! Loved Famous Dave's!! Definitely gonna go back! Their spicy pickles are a must try!! Yes, I know it sounds strange but trust me, they're delicious!My wife got a crispy chicken sandwich and I got the brisket French Dip... it was gigantic and super tasty!The restaurant was very clean and the service was excellent. Our server made sure our glasses were filled.
So disappointed! The rib tips and the mashed potatoes were so salty that I wasn’t able to eat them! And that’s crazy to give that little slice of watermelon and consider it as one of the sides! My feet swoll up just from tasting the ribs and mashed potatoes!
This place used to be good but has gone downhill over the years. The chicken tenders are disgusting now. The ribs are not even good. They stopped giving you the potato chips and they donât even have half of the sauces they used to. The waitress was good. The front desk hostesses were brats and had attitude. Just not the same place anymore.
I usually have good experiences there but this day was unusual. I made reservations for 6 pm was there a little early, thank goodness. When I checked in I was told there is no such thing as reservations here itâs first come first served and it will be at least 30 min wait. I informed her that I made the reservation through OpenTable she said oh no, we are just on there because all the other restaurants around us are on there but we donât really do reservations. I told her that was deceiving and unfair to those who go believe this to be true. Mind you itâs also on their website to reserve a table. I was quite disappointed in this entire situation being that Iâve had good experiences in the past. They seated us about 45 min later when actuality it was 35 min because we were 10 min early. We got to the table and weâre told they were an hour behind in serving food, we ordered appetizers so it was fine. Am wondering if maybe they were short staffed or something that is why we were told no reservations or if really we are being deceived that they donât do reservations and itâs being advertised as they do. Iâm iffy if should go back ð¤

We had the worst experience of a restaurant at Famous Dave’s Wednesday night. My family and I went out to eat after my granddaughters eighth grade graduation. We were told on the phone they had a wait of 15 minutes for a party of nine. When we arrived ten minutes later we were told wait would be 45 minutes. We were finally seated and the waitress came by about 20 minutes later to take our order. After we ordered we waited 30 minutes to get our drinks. The waitress forgot my grandsons drink. After another 20 minutes We had to ask the hostess to get out waitress for us. Another ten and she finally showed and after asking for his drink the third time she says oh I meant to tell you we are out. So he orders a replacement. They bring salads and left no drink for grandson no refills on other drinks. After another 30 minutes my stepson went to talk to manager and he was no help. Finally the meals started coming out . Three orders were wrong, the meat on five meals was 80% fat and gristle. The potatoes were cold, my wife sends her meal back and waitress asked if she wanted it redone and she told her she didn’t have another hour to wait for another order. Nobody ate much, we never got drink refills nor were asked if we wanted them. The waitress came to a table next to ours twice and totally ignored us. We had to yell for her to bring bill so we could leave. It took another 20-25?minutes for her to come say she was having to go to the bar to try and run our card, my daughter finally had to go tell her how to run the card. She came back and threw the bill and card on the table. No apology for the service or food no thank you have a nice night she just turned and disappeared again. Never again , we work too hard for our money. Next time we will go out for pizza and save $100 and get better service. We will never go back to Famous Dave’s off 83rd Ave in Glendale.
