Last night was our first time here. We sat out on the patio, which has shades and misters, must-haves in AZ. It felt great, although the misters are a bit too powerful and got everything wet. It’s better than being too hot though!I had the squash ravioli, which was very good. My husband had the lobster and crab ravioli, which was absolutely fantastic. Portion sizes are good. The person who answered the phone to take our reservation was helpful and friendly. Our waitress was also friendly and attentive. We will be back!

WOW!!! Just WOW! Amazing food! My husband had the short rib raviolis, InCREDIBLE!! I had the caprese salad and the shrimp skewers that were amazing!! To top it off we shared their amazing Tiramisu. Must Try!!! You won’t be disappointed.Thank you for the incredible service and amazing food!!

I was told this place was awesome and authentic Italian food so I had to give it a try and OH MY GOD… can I give this place 6 starts please??? Pizza was amazing ❤️❤️ unfortunately I made the stupid decision of eating pizza earlier so I wasn’t in the mood for pizza but I tried it and oh God, ?? it’s perfect, amazing, awesome, if you’re looking for the best pizza (not only in the west valley) in the whole Maricopa county THIS IS IT, I repeat THIS IS IT!!! My gnocchis where also delicious, the bread they give you 1st was also delicious, please do yourself a favor and come and eat here (even if you’re far, it’s worth the drive I promise)

this was to die for, the music and the scenery along with the amazing Italian atmosphere. My pasta was amazing & the cheese was SO GOOD!! I had the watermelon gelato as well and it was so tasty! It tasted like real watermelon &and it wasnt the generic sweet kind of gelato, it was fresh made and wonderful.

We enjoyed an excellent Italian meal that was well priced. The basic mista salad with a balsamic vinaigrette was outstanding. An appetizer special was King Prawns that had a wonderful sauce. Our main course we shared was a homemade pasta with beef short rib filling. Just excellent food that came hot off the grill.

The food was amazing. For starters, the bread. Chef made a to-die-for focaccia bread that I woke up thinking about this morning (photos below). My husband and I both had ravioli - butternut squash for me and short rib for him. Portion size was perfect! We both commented that we appreciated the quality over the quantity! It trust me, the food was superior in quality! Also meant we had plenty of room for dessert. We ended with a tiramisu that was the best I’ve had. Loved that it wasn’t drenched in rum. Flavor was perfectly balanced. I would have given 5 stars so this is more like 4.5 due to service. It took a while to be seen, get drinks/wine. Our server was very friendly and pleasant otherwise. We will definitely be back to Fabio on Fire! I highly recommend it. Make a reservation!

We have dined here many times in the past, and always pleased. However, the customer service on this particular visit was not good, and it's too bad the food is so good because I doubt we'll be back. Dined on Saturday with a 5:30pm reservation. While bread and water were delivered almost immediately (although the runner held the water glasses by the rim, a health concern), we had to wait 20 minutes for a waitress (and had to ask for her as well). Nice gal, but received only an excuse and not an apology. Supposedly helping the hostess with a party without a reservation, although we never saw her doing so. Most of our requests were not met during the dinner, including requests for straws, more water, extra marinara, etc. The best part was being asked to leave so they could seat another party. We would have been finished at least 20 minutes sooner if served more promptly at the beginning and during the meal! Wine, appetizer, dinner, and dessert could take less than 2 hours to enjoy everything in a leisurely manner (and get our $$$ worth). If they want to run such a tight ship, they should #1 state the expectation that dinner should only take so long, and #2 be more timely with serving the table to keep things moving along! Things happen, but too many instances in one visit show they need more training on how to provide better customer service especially at such a nice establishment.

A great choice for lunch or dinner. The food is authentic Italian at a reasonable price, and served with a smile.

We've waited months to try Fabio on Fire - there's been so much hype surrounding their food and customer service. Given the weekend rush, we opted to place an order online and eat at home. The menu price for ravioli was $16.95. Once I added the items to the cart, the price jumped to $22.95 per plate. Okay, maybe they need to update their menu and pricing - I realize everything is more expensive. The online process was easy enough, the food was ready on time and the ravioli was tasty. However, the portion sizes are akin to highway robbery. Each order consisted of five smaller sized ravioli and one slice of dry bread. No ollve oil and seasonings or butter were included. There were no other side dishes, like salad, to compensate for the underwhelming amount of the main dish. There are too many better options in the valley. Sadly, we won't be going back for takeout or dine-in.

The pizza is simply amazing, the crust was fluffy, light and very satisfyingly crunchy, the sauce is perfect! And their Gelato is stupendous, I had Nutella and Strawberry and I could taste they used actually strawberries in the gelato, it was fabulous! Service was great.
