Ordered a dozen donuts this morning . Vanilla cream donuts MISSING vanilla cream!! Jelly donuts not fresh! Very disappointed ?
I’m a Dunkin regular, every day. Avoid this location, not Dunkin all together. When I order ahead through the app, it’s very rarely ready. Even to the point when I order before leaving my house because I know they don’t pay attention to Mobil orders, it’s still not ready. Nobody has a customer centric attitude at this store. Apologies go a long way. Today I ordered an iced americano before I left my house. When I got there it was in an iced cup, but hot. I asked for it to be remade after I saw the kid just put ice in. While staring at the espresso machine watching for the remake, about 2 minutes later he hands me my original cup back and says this is a fresh one. Management needs to overhaul this location.
The WORST Dunkin. The employees are extremely rude and don’t listen to your order. I only come here because it’s the closest one to my house but I will waste the extra gas to never come to this location again. When I was in there to correct my order a 3rd time, I overheard the employees complain about a complaint they received from another customer. Instead of complaining about getting a complaint, how about you do it correctly the first time? Or if you mess up just apologize and fix it instead of rolling your eyes and giving attitude! Instead of rushing through the drive thru when there’s 3 people in line (and STILL getting the order wrong), learn how to speak to customers and try repeating orders back so you won’t mess it up. Have none of these “adults” had proper training? The management and owner of this location must have no standards.
2/10/2022 at the location off Lake Pleasant and Happy Valley in Peoria, AZ. Went through the drive-through and got half a dozen donuts and two chocolate milks, to find out from my 4 year old that we were given two ROTTEN chocolate milks. Expiration date was 2/06/2022. Literally curdling and smelt awful. Went back in the store to exchange and the manager was zero help. The rest of the chocolate milks in the beverage cooler were all expired and separated. Oh and the donut were stale. This place is unsafe and needs to be shut down.

Empty shelves, guy inside was cussing to him self and fluster with all of 3 people in line. Finally got a drink together and yelled to the customer “ yo your drink is ready” then proceeded to tell everyone in line they mite as well leave as it would be a long time before he had time for “any of this stuff”
Drive thru 8:10 Halloween morning. Ordered a dozen "special Halloween donuts" a large vanilla ice coffee with liquid sugar and cream, and a large special mocha latte. We had two little excited goblins in the backseat and only checked our order once we pulled out of line. What a RIP OFF..my latte felt light..NO JOKE...it was only half full!!!! And my daughter's ice coffee..NO SUGAR OR CREAM, those special donutsehhh. Been calling the store all day to vent. Yeah constant busy signal..nice customer service.

My order was not right. The donuts were also not fresh. Ordered 3 bostons but received one. I tried to call the number on their Google site, but doesn't work. Very disappointing
