We went & got Donuts and coffee the drinks were fine but the 3/5 is because of the service. I asked for the young lady what type of donuts they had because I was in the passenger seat & couldn’t see & instead of just saying some she just said “ it’s on the menu.” Like sis obviously I can’t see it that’s why I asked in the first place. The menu should be on both sides not just one. That way we can see because some items are online but they don’t have them in store.
This location used to be great but lately they're always sold out of donuts. They need to have backup method but I'd still go here over Starbucks any day.
I gave three stars because their donuts and coffee are delish. Would be 5 stars, but.... I received a gift card and thought it would be fun to try breakfast sandwiches. This was a huge mistake. I ordered the egg bacon cheese croissant. The egg was meh and overcooked. The bacon was microscopic. I had to open the sandwich to find one short strip. The cheese wasn't melted. The croissant shouldn't be called a croissant. It had no visible layers. It's a croissant shaped wad of tasteless gummy whatever. The sandwich was flavorless and literally scorched. It was the worst breakfast sandwich I have ever had. Sticking to their donuts from now on!
Been a while since I’ve been excited about coffee but whoever made my iced coffee with caramel and cream with extra caramel today at around 12:44pm (5296) absolutely blessed my day with the best one ever!! Thank you
My large latte was made with 2 shots, not 3 and when I asked for another shot I was quite literally mocked by every person inside. I told them I was afraid my drink was going to be made with hate and not love and when I finally chocked up to paying for it, I received a drink that had been made incorrectly. I'm also leaving a more detailed review about my experience with the BBB because I feel I was treated incredibly poorly. I understand nobody wants to work but we're pointed the bad finger at the wrong people. The consumer keeps you open.
I love these people, super friendly staff. The one thing I would say, about Dunkin as a whole company, is there seems to sometimes be a problem with consistency. Today I ordered what I always get, a Caramel Craze iced latte (highly recommend), but I got iced sweet milk. Lol they missed the coffee component.
9 out of 10 orders are a always wrong or missing something. Also, staff should be trained that is a customer orders a cake donut (for doordash delivery), and your out of the certain cake donut ordered..... don't replace it with a raised donut! Cake donut people don't like raised donuts! There are raised don't people, and then there are caked don't people! Most don't cross over to the other side! Just FYI!
Went there this morning for coffee before work, had a great coffee there two weeks ago. Ordered the same thing today. Ordered an espresso drink and they gave me regular coffee with a few creams and a little flavoring, super disappointed, it's tastes awful and they weren't even busy. There was one person in line behind me.
I have been to this specific location several times and had never had an issue.... Until today. I was in line for at least 15mins. I am open-minded about waiting when there is a long line which there was when I first arrived but then the car in front of me was told to wait and that is when it took forever. I had ordered my drink on the app so when I pulled up yo get it it was pretty smooth...until I took a drink of my caramel latte with extra Expresso shot. Most awful coffee I've had. It didn't taste like coffee at all, it tasted like milk. Gross. Not sure if the staff was overwhelmed or what the deal was but not happy at all. Hopefully they can do better for other customers.
I got 2 chocolate cream filled and was very disappointed. They had almost NO chocolate in them. Complete waste of money.
