I give it a 4 star because of the lady that was working behind the counter. She was working the front counter and the drive thru and she looked a bit stressed but she did an amazing job. However the donuts holes were hard and stale so if it wasnt for the employee, the rating would have been not so good
We love rolling through this drive through. My 2 year old loves to place her order of a pink donut with sprinkles and enjoys chatting with the cashier when we pay for our goods.The staff here is friendly, patient, and very helpful.
Went in to bury 9 muffins for my girls. Told me next time I have to call in my order if I’m ordering more than one muffin because it’s usually one per customer and they don’t make as many. How is that the customers problem ?
LOVE THIS LOCATION. The manager is awesome. She keeps things running in a timely manner, which is why the line moves so quick. I love that my drink is always good, no matter who makes it, it always tastes the same. My old location used to be hit or miss depending on the day. The rest of the staff is great too. The 3 young men that I see working in there regularly are always so friendly and never keep you waiting long. Nothing but great things to say about this location!
My little granddaughters favorite place. She loves her strawberry donut. People are really nice and friendly. We go a lot.lol
Ordered hash browns…safe to say they were burnt and disgusting. We call the location and explain that this only happens there, and in return we are hung up on by a very rude employee. Won’t ever be back to Dunkin in general, Dutch and Starbucks are worth my time from now on.
I ordered (10) Dozen Donuts on the phone - the staff on the phone was super helpful, and the manager/designer of the donuts did a GREAT job, awesome effort and putting your heart into these. They didnt charge me but for a normal dozen price for each, and the effort was amazing. Really great work. I wanted to makes sure the Manager knew how much we appreciated everything.
Manager is rude! They were completely out of all doughnuts. She didn’t know how to cancel an Uber eats order. When she was asked for corporates number to said she didn’t know it. When I told her I would give her time to try and find it she told me she has never giving the number out before and she won’t now. Went online found it myself emailed them and will be calling Monday morning. Never have I encountered a more unprofessional un willing to help manager ever. She had an attitude the whole time from the moment I called. I suggest going to any dunkin other then this one. I have ordered once before on under eats at this location and they just put random doughnuts In the box nothing I ordered.
Yummy donuts and yummy coffee! They are really fast too even with a long line.
