I'm unsure what to think about tipping at drive-thrus. I mean, we don't tip at taco bell, jack n the box or panda express. But when your employees are asking if we would like to tip...it sorta forces you to say yes out of fear they will mess with your food. Stop asking for tips at drive thrus.
The good was the customer service, the donuts were actually really good, but unfortunately when we sat down and started eating them we thought we saw one ant but then looked in the box and a bunch of ants. The guy apologized many times and was very nice so I am giving three stars because of how it was handled as I literally wanted to throw up. Especially as the kids just had bites of donuts too. Bummed and I know it happens it’s ants and we live in Arizona so bugs are a thing, just unfortunate event that happened and once that happens it’s just like finding hair in your food, not the same appeal anymore.
I don’t know why this place gets such great reviews. I tried two different doughnuts and a croissant. They tasted old and the overall flavor was not good. I won’t be going back, it was not what I was expecting from the rave reviews.
These donuts are the BOMB! Be sure to order early because they sell out quickly.Added to review.... Just took my daughter here while visiting the area again here on May 2022. My daughter loved the lady that helped us. She was high spirited and wonderful with our choices! My daughter says she deserves a raise! Thank you ma'am! You were a great role model for my daughter when she leaves to join the workforce.
In Peoria visiting some friends and heard about Donutsville. Went to check it out this morning and my oh my, what an assortment of donuts! I opted for what was the largest apple fritter I’ve ever seen in my life, a raspberry jelly filled donut and a chocolate coconut covered donut. Also ordered a medium cup of coffee. The coffee was absolutely fantastic! Brought the donuts home and sampled them. The chocolate covered with coconut was very tasty a little bit crispy because it was fried but was a splendid surprise and taste, jelly donut soft and very yummy. I might add all these donuts were still warm! Now for the apple fritter. 14 months ago I cut sugar out of my diet, as much as possible. Suffice it to say I wasn’t out buying donuts, lol. Anyway, 14 months ago this apple fritter would’ve been absolutely what I was looking for and I probably would’ve ordered another one as well. But because I’ve been doing so well with no added sugar, it tasted like biting into a sugar cube. Not the donuts fault, not the Baker’s fault, just really super sugary. But like I said, there was a time I could’ve eaten two or three of these. Highly recommend this place I will probably stop back for another chocolate coconut doughnut and a cup of coffee before I leave Friday morning?? Go GET THESE DONUTS????? BTW…. The young lady that waited on me was very very polite and cordial. So refreshing?
If you don't get here by 6am. Most Deffently on a Friday. You won't have many any options.I don't suggest the drive thru. Unless your getting a basic glazed donut.The house blend coffee is amazing.
The boba here was so good! We started at chat chat down the road but despite saying they were open, their boba was not ready. We're so glad we ended up here instead! Super nice people working, delicious boba, and excellent donuts! Plus it's close to the freeway! Being from San Diego, we are super picky about our boba!
Our family comes here almost every weekend. The donuts are excellent and all the employees are always very nice. We love Donutsville!

Convenient, and much better than other donut/pastry shops. Great bagels, and the reset of the family loved their donuts. Buy Nast Dunkin Donuts we found our local shop for the days I didn't want to cook.
