It is no surprise that this location has a 2 star review, I did not even give it that much. Horrible customer service. I ordered 35.00 worth of pizza and pasta using the online system. I placed the order at 11:30 am and after clicking on the button for a later pickup it then brought to a place to choose the time. I chose 3:15 pm for that day. When a friend who offered to pick up the food for me on the way to our birthday party arrived he was told that the pizza was made at 11:30. He was not part of the order and didn't understand that what was in the box was actually the pizza from 11:45. When it arrived at the party there was no way anyone would want to eat it, I was even concerned about the safety of food that was prepared 4 hours ago. I called and asked for a manager today , whoever answered said he was a manager, I explained what happened and was told that they just make the orders as the computer kicks them out that it must have been a glitch so I asked, don't you call customers that don't pick up their food ? He then said after an hour we throw the food out, clearly they do not. Why do you ask for the customers phone number if you are not going to call if the food is sitting there well past pick up time. I was told they are far to busy to call every customer that is late, I asked another question and he said. You can stop repeating that the food was here for 4 hours, I get it. He was rude and argumentative and when I said something he said you call here to complain and then offer no solution but keep repeating yourself. Are you kidding me, the most basic customer service tenet is , apologize and then ask how you can fix the situation. No apology was given he was just rude, when I asked his name he refused to give it. A manager and he refuses to give his name, his name can easily be confirmed but he felt very confident in all of his behaviors. I would never have served food that had been prepared 4 hours ago, as I have no idea of their safety practices, feels like a health dpt.visit should be in their future
Worst treatment from a so called manager named Andrew, a person could ever get. Rude smart mouth non caring. Food was terrible . Reason for the call.I should have known better than to try their food again. Bad food before, now bad customer service. Your batting 1000 Dominos. One star rating is more than I wanted to give. Go to a fast food place that cares about their customers. This store isn’t it!!
It's been so long since I have ordered a Domino's Pizza. I forgot how truly good their pizza is. I put in an online order and let them know when I was there and they brought the pizza out to me in my waiting car. Real nice!!!
If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered at 5pm. Website said 25-30 min delivery. Got email at 5:25 that said my pizza was on the way. Looked at the gps tracker and delivery driver went passed my house and now it updated that the driver was delivering another order. Hour and a half later still no pizza. Called store manager and waited 20 minutes on hold. Manager was nice and offered to remake my order and have it delivered which would take another 45 minutes. Told him no way. What a disaster. Never again.
Forced to wait 10 minutes to pay for my pizzas. Three people working refused to let the two people in front of me place orders until a delivery driver came back and forced him to take both of their orders. Waited 10 minutes in the store wearing a mask because online told me to, while the three people working weren't wearing masks (delivery driver was wearing a mask). Got home, pizzas were not made as ordered. Pizzas are cold. One of the three people (the guy boxing pizzas) had the gall to ask me to hold open the door so he could take pizzas out to someone in their car but couldn't allow me to pay so that I could get mine while I'm standing in the store?! You can close this location, I've ordered from here for years but I'll never be back.

Can I just brag a bit here when I say that my Domino’s is better than your dominoes! The chain of dominoes restaurants all provide the same menus and pizzas in my humble opinion It’s perfecting the combination of quality ingredients, highly desirable menu choices, MORE SPECIFIC the staff under top notch, professional management operating such high paced stores while remaining stellar customer satisfaction and care. Every time I order from this Domino’s it always amazes me and proves worthy of investment and choosing their restaurant versus The catastrophic number of Eateries !! Just have to give a shout out to the team there tonight, Halloween night. They were beyond busy but all were working so hard. I observed for roughly 10 mins while our pizza cooked and they were working collaboratively and efficiently. It's a busy night for pizza and I expected the long wait times. They had pur pizza done before the estimated time. Thank you to the Halloween team.
We ordered 2 medium pizzas but instead received a whole lot more then that. We thought we got the "domino's frees" and we were super excited. We started opening the boxes and even took a picture to thank domino's for the free food. The delivery driver then drove back up and said he delivered the wrong order, packed up the food, gave us our 2 pizzas and left.... I think I'm more disturbed that we opened the boxes and yet he still took them back to give them to someone else...
Went from 1 stars to 5 stars after they delivered the wrong order initially they sent me the correct order immediately and it was at my door in 25 mins thank you!
