Your prices are cheaper through the app. I was told in store that it was online online pricing. Let’s add to the sticky floors that my shoes are still sticking to my floor, lastly don’t get me started on the sauce cup lids…Employee gave me attitude when asking about the difference of online pricing and in store pricing. Overall not excited to order in store moving forward. Will continue to order online.

I’m not impressed with this bbq spot…they can’t seem to give you the proper sides you order. I ordered potato salad and received coleslaw + ordered Caesar salad and it only had the salad/croutons/cheese without dressing. I got all the way home to find this out! They were not even busy…don’t waste your time…shop local instead! The chicken was dry and boyfriend didn’t even want to finish his pork out platter. I was at a different location yesterday and they didn’t even acknowledge customers and took forever for other’s orders so we ate somewhere else.

I have been to this location a few times. Every time is worse than the last. All employees at this location are extremely RUDE. The tall skinny kid should not be allowed near the customers. He is Ignorant and Rude. I will go to another location from this point on. If I were the owner I would do it myself cause this caliber of employee and NOT good for business.

This place is gross and dirty. I watched the younger man very tall kid touch money and then food with the same gloves on. He obviously does not like his job and it shows. While you order they act like you are bothering them. Don't dare ask a question or make a special request on your order. I will no return to this location.

Came here with my son.the two guys working there never greeted me,never thank me for my visit or my purchase and tips.food was ok.im a business owner and i stay on top of my employees to always greet and thank customers for their visit and wish them a good day..doesn't cost anything and it makes feel customers appreciated..

Placed an order for delivery and was told it would be delivered in about 15 minutes. 45 minutes go by and my order was never delivered. Saw that Dickey's utilized Doordash for deliveries so I called Doordash and they said Dickeys cancelled my order. Irritated, I called Dickeys and asked them about my order- they said a doordash member picked up the order over half an hour ago. The manager was so kind and apologized for the inconvenience. I didn't live that far away, so I asked if they would be able to remake it and I'd pick it up myself. They said absolutely and when I arrived, the order was fresh and the team members were super kind and even offered a drink for my troubles. I was very impressed in how they responded to something that wasn't even their fault. I always have great experiences here everytime I go and I'll definitely be back. Thank you guys!

This was my first and absolute last visit. I placed this order for two picnic packs three days ago. Since the online ordering system said the store was open until 9:00 PM, I placed the order to pick up at 8:00PM. Someone from the store did call me TODAY to tell me they moved my pick up time to 6:30 PM because they would be closing at 7:00 PM, despite the website saying otherwise. Irritating, but whatever. What I am FURIOUS over, is that my spouse arrived to pick up the food and the order was incorrect because they WERE BUSY TODAY AND HAD RUN OUT OF WHAT I HAD ORDERED. No one took the initiative that seems quite obvious to me to pull the food for the paid orders for the day before running out for the lobby. WHAT?! So now it’s 7:00 PM on Christmas Eve. This food is meant to serve my guests tomorrow. I have no where else to go at this time to get different food. The employee suggested that they still had pork ribs and jalapeño cheddar kielbasa, despite the fact that I had ordered sliced beef brisket and chicken breast three days ago. This shortage was never brought to my attention until there at the adjusted pick up time, not before?! AND one of my sides that I had ordered and paid for was missing. This experience was horrible. I want my money back.

Was in there last night and the little guy at the register took people ahead of me and then decided to go fill up the soda machine. Didn't even have the courtesy to tell me he'll be right with me. But the worst part was the food. Three family plates with nothing but fat and gristle. We couldn't eat it. We won't be back.

Had the Cueban sandwich. Baked potato casserole & creamy spinach. Ran out of barbecue beans. Food was good. Sandwich & potatoes were room temperature. WiFi was speedy. Restaurant was clean. Water cup is very small. Scanned QR code & text to get 6 pit-smoked chicken wings. More like Cornish game hen wings. They were tiny! I would come back and try a different item
