We had door dash deliver our 10 inch Oreo Blizzard Cake last night and wow is all I can say. It was so refreshing on a hot day and was the best Ice Cream Cake we have ever had. We will definetly be getting more
Horrible service. No hello or thank you come again. One employee has hair so long it covers his eyes no hair net or is it pulled back. We always get ice cream on Saturday nights and have came to this location because it’s the closest to us but for 4 straight weeks we have been treated rudely. This management team needs to train their employees on customer service and how to communicate with their customers. Needless to say, I’ll drive out of my way to another DQ location from now on.
Fire this management staff immediately. As usual the single most poorly run DQ in all of America. Not even competent enough to take an order when they are open. Why do they let you on DoorDash when you can’t even take an order? Incompetent!
Went here for lunch, all they offer is chicken nugget meal for $10. Comes with a small snack sized chips, small drink and 6 piece bites. When the bites came out they were warm but super rubbery! Couldn't sit there and keep chewing these little cubes of chicken that remind me of chewing just fat!! Gross! Threw it away and will never go back!!No napkins anywhere in the place, bathrooms were disgusting and employees seemed to hate their job!
Block the drive thru if you're going to be closed during a normal work day & put up a closed sign on the speaker where you take orders... do something other than some make-shift unprofessional sign on your drive up window. Ridiculous. I just got stuck in the drive-up line for over 30 mins.. completely wasted my lunch break and literally no time to go find other food. Ridiculous. Does the owner and management know that you closed down the restaurant? Rotate shifts. Why would you close during normal peak lunch time? Ridiculous.
Dairy Queen was extremely busy but the person who helped us was still friendly and did a great job making our blizzards. The place was clean and despite the line the service was pretty fast.
Dairy queen, who doesn't love it!Only thing bad was the floors. They were absolutely disgusting. Look like they have not been properly mopped in years with dirt caked around tables.
Ownership of this location is absolutely terrible! The ice cream machine is broken at least half of the time we stop over. And when I can get a cone, the ice cream consistency is off. The last time, my ice cream cone had brown chunks in it! The cocoa powder they mix in with the vanilla ice cream to make it chocolate wasn't mixed all the way and I was served chunky ice cream. Gross! The owner needs to start caring about his business or sell it to someone to can run it properly. We'll be driving the extra 3 miles to the further location that is open earlier anyway and always offers consistent service and quality.
Decided to give this location another shot and I def wont be back. I went in the lobby which was dirty and I ordered 2 blizzards that took 30 minutes. Also my blizzard was wrong and had to wait again. When I asked what was going on I was confronted with attitude from 2 women that seemed to be managers. It’s not like I had a big order it shouldn’t take that long. Maybe 10 mins max. This location has gone down hill. Go to sun city or 67th and deer valley
My husband and I wanted to treat our kiddos to some ice cream tonight. When we pulled up the drive thru line was long so I decided to go inside and put our order in. I was immediately greeted by Kelly with a cheerful voice. In a situation of people waiting inside and out, the staff running around filling all the orders I was so impressed with how smooth they ran everything. I witnessed teamwork, communication and true customer service! Thank you Kelly and the whole DQ team for making our night just a little brighter! Keep up the great work, you guys are a true example of teamwork! The ice cream was just the cherry on top! ?
