Had ice cream with my boys and the manager was outranging about the new coworkers how she was slow. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. Didn't care for the customers around her. A worker comes in with tights and a tank top not even on uniform. I use to enjoy coming in now its very disappointing.
We had a mix up with our order & Kyler was very polite and he happily fixed it. Great customer service and attitude!
first I asked for my cup for soda she said to wait until I get my food , one I got my food the burger had mustard after I said no mustard the manager looked at an said well it wasn't on the screen back there so I showed her the receipt then she was rude about it then took it then remaked but put into the microwave so the Brand was almost to eat it hardly any katcup on it didn't looked cooked enough my order was dine in but put in the brown paper bag then I looked down an seen the bug I'll never came back in here I thought it was better then McDonald's nope they are worse here then McDonald's
worse service ever went inside to get my son and I a blizzard and every employee in the place refused to take my order and they where all very rude so I went to sonic. funny how jobs like this will not be available soon because all you little punks force the owner to close shop
Bilinda and Alena are the best DQ workers I have ever seen. They are always super friendly and always make my food just right.
I’ve never gotten a burger so nasty from a DQ. If I could give minus I would. They stuck both pieces of cheese on the top burger being they lazy and couldn’t separate the burgers to make em right. Old wilted lettuce and globed with ketchup with rubber tasting bun. So sad. Will be in there tomorrow to see the manager
Called this evening and tried to order an ice cream cake for my wife's birthday. I was told by young lady 3 times she didn't have time. I asked her her name and she hung up on me. I will drive down there tomorrow and talk to the owner...
Always a cool treat at DQ. Stopped in on hot day for mini blizzard. They have the new Coke machine that has many different drinks in one machine. Like the one Pepsi has had out for years. I need caffeine free and diet soda so these give me many options. At some places I dont have anything I can drink. Thanks DQ!
Friendly, however, no toilet paper in the women's restroom, and when told them bcz my sister had to go they didn't get any for us to take to the restroom or go do it themselves. So we had to go to Burger King. Unfortunately, we had already ordered dessert.
Expect a wait, drive thru went faster even with the line out to the street. We thought going inside would have been faster but drive thru took priority
