Best ice-cream I have ever had! I had the Captain's Breakfast and it was absolute perfection! Great customer service. I will definitely be back!

Horrible customer service!!Went in to end the cap off the night of my 12 year olds bday party. Ordered 8 ice creams the workers were over frustrated to be making orders prior to close. Spent $70 and even left a tip!! While cleaning up to leave security came in and tried to kick us out of the shoo due to a false complaint from the worker who said her boss told them to call security. Spoke to her boss Krystal who informed us that she was told the wrong information! We will never go back unless the 10 year old brats aren’t working there!! Neat idea, good flavors but horrible horrible customer service!! Find new workers!!!!

This place looked so cool! We were excited to try the many options…Unfortunately, I won’t be back.I was served a cup with my fruit falling off the cup, when I asked for a larger cup or “to go” lid, I was given both- the lid didn’t fit the cup and the cup was too small for the ice cream. Frustrating trying to shovel the ice cream before it fell in my hands or out of the cup.My coffee ice cream was not mixed well. I got some really bitter spoonfuls- I threw my ice cream away
