I got a chocolate shake, like it size. Way too much milk, was even pointed out by another employee. I told them I wanted a new one. They said no its still good. I pretty much paid for a cup of milk.
These cold stone locations are very annoying. You go order online so you can pick it up and not wait and be online. You’re there standing for 10-15 mins at the pick up area and not one person that works there ask if I need help or picking up. I’m done with your ice cream. You’re not worth the line and now even ordering it online.
Wonderful store. Incredibly kind and understanding owner. Would recommend 100% to anyone. ?
Nice staff, very courteous. The ice cream was good, but can't give a 5 star to a place that makes their restrooms for employees only. They could make it for customers and employees only if they just want to decrease transients from using it. Simple, make a purchase get the key. Little ones can't hold it and that's uncool in my book.

Open at 11 but when I went in at 11:15 the man in there said he won’t be ready for another 30 minutes!!
Had a great visit here! The staff were friendly and the facility seemed very clean. As always, the ice cream is very high quality.
The staff members working tonight (9-28-2021) were amazing! The staff were very attentive and made ordering very smooth for my kiddo with food allergies. They made sure to check the allergen binder, got the mix-ins and ice-cream from new containers, and mixed it in the back to avoid cross contamination. This is the 1st time in 12 years we have had such an allergy stress free experience. My kiddo said that they felt "seen and safe". Food is generally a thing that makes my kid feel excluded, and the staff made the whole process inclusive and enjoyable. In addition to that, the store was clean, well lit, service was prompt, and the ice-cream and smoothies were delicious.
i went to cold stone creamery. I wrote on note and ordered cheesecake with hot fudge. worker young mexican man did not read it good. he did not put hot fudge in cheesecake and it mixed but he put chocolate. i said no it is not chocolate. i wrote big letter hot fudge. he did not understand me. He was confused. i was not happy and i left. i was so disappointed in worker.
They went above and beyond, were friendly and made delicious and pleasant lookin sundaes.
