My family and I wanted to enjoy a meal here. Church's Chicken has been our favorite fried chicken, however it was a terribly disappointing experience dining at this location. I wonder if the employees even care. The workers at the counter were grumpy, cold, and unwelcoming. They behaved as though being around other people was causing them pain. The dining room was untidy and dirty and so was the restroom. We received our meal in a timely manner, but we quickly lost our appetite at such an unfriendly atmosphere, that we packed up our meal and left. Also, the chicken tenders my husband ordered were pale and rubbery. The employees here does not seem to have their customers in mind.

Went to 7410 W Cactus Rd in Peoria AZ, good chicken but poor customer service from manager to little grumpy counter girl. They both were rude, immature, condescending millennial adults. I only wanted chicken not a combo, they were giving me a hard time. Asking me 3rd degree 20 questions. The grumpy little girl was giving me dirty gangster looks like she thought she wanted to beat my a**, and she intentionally didn't want to give me a receipt. So now Church's hires gangsters as their employees. Sure I was a little afraid but I have cops and firefighters in my family and friends and it is so stupid hiring bad-mannered Mexicans who are protecting chicken. ?I would've given 3 stars or 1 star altogether. I gave 2 stars for the chicken and ignored the part of poor customer service. Please punish these young kids for trying to force me or harass me with 20 questions or scaring with their dirty gangster looks.
Generally, I have had great experiences at this location which is why I provided them with 4 stars. However, today was not so great as I placed the same order as always - 3 wings with 3 creamy jalapeño dipping sauce and added a side of the Texas shrimp. I used to lived close to the location but have since moved and since I was in the area stopped to get the usual. I didn’t check the order as I had never had an issue in the past. Once I got home, I removed the contents from the bag to find that I was missing one of the wings. Uuuggghhh - had I still lived closer I would have returned but the cost I gas for me to pick up the missing $2.19 item was not worth it to me. So, please be sure to verify the order in advance of handing to your customers in the drive through... for reference according to my receipt, my order was placed at 12:19 today (4/2) - in the amount of $11.53; the cashier was Daniela. The employees here are quite friendly and helpful. The good from here is good. The reason my rating isn't higher is because every time I use the drive thru I've had to pull out of the drive thru and park in front and with for at sometimes 20 minutes for my food. That's not really as fast that you would come to expect from a drive-thru. Other than that this place is great. But if you're in a hurry you might try a different place.
Food was gross. I've never been a fan. I came here maybe 6 years ago and got the tenders which were like chewing leather. My wife wanted chicken and asked if I would get it there. Very expensive food for very poor tasting quality. I also had to go back in and get my bisquits they failed to put in my bag. I'll never eat there again.
This place I amazing and ther customers service is amazing the food is fresh..BUT ..the staff shouldn't speak Spanish because those who speak can also understand it and they may won't to watch what they say I was there and they were speaking very disrespectful and quite uncomfortable sitting too eat my food.
Ordered some food on GrubHub and didn't received a chicken sandwich and my sides. Went back in the next day and almost the biscuits we got weren't there.
The person working the drive through carelessly took our order, we couldn't even make our order because the person kept getting it wrong every time. This visit was frustrating when expecting decent customer service. @ 11a.m 1/5/2022
They hesitantly cooked my chicken fresh but it wasn’t what I ordered (asked for spicy & they gave me regular also the peppers were mushy) I was very disappointed with my meal because I drove almost 10 miles.. so of course I didn’t take it back..
