If you want good Chipotle…SKIP THIS LOCATION! The food is disgustingly bland, they are always running out of something, & their customer service STINKS! Since when did “my bad” replace, “My apologies for error!” Oh & there will be plenty of errors! The worst was the person making my bowl had a river of SNOT sliding from his nose & would not stop to wipe it! An YES he felt it, bc he kept sniffing it up! This location isn’t even as clean as the others. SKIP THIS LOCATION IT’S SNOT WORTH IT!!!
Bought a Stake Bowl. The individual kept on whistling while serving the food into bowl. I did not feel like eating other people's saliva today. Paid for it and threw it away on their trashcan. The problem was not the server, but management losing track of quality.
So I was a little disappointed today, this is usually my favorite chipotle and still is. I guess we all have our days, but I got the wrong salsa and my rice was as hard as a rock like it wasn’t cooked and I have wisdom teeth coming in so you can imagine that didn’t feel good for me….
Two of us came in & had to order for teachers working a camp for students. We had 11 staff members & we had to order in person to make sure they could write their names down & get the details of each order correctly. As soon as I walked in & explained the situation, the chef in the back of the kitchen looked at us & started laughing. They all started whispering, clearly talking about us. The lady rushed me & I couldn’t even double check what I was ordering for these staff members who work hard to teach students all day. My own order was a bowl with rice, beans, & fajita veggies & they gave me a kids amount of rice & beans & didn’t know what I was talking about when I asked for veggies. I just wish they would’ve been a little nicer & not clearly talking about us in front of us while also rushing us. Clearly, they didn’t want our service. We came in right when they opened too, so there was no lunch rush or anything. I have worked in a restaurant & this kind of service is not okay.
Your employees put my order in someone else’s bag I got their order. You wasted a lot of time and money training and employing these people and I will never eat from this place again. The food tastes bland, cold, and not properly cooked. But a refund makes up for it WHAT A JOKE
I would usually give 5 stars but on this particular day I wanted a bowel with Pollo asado and the liquid cheese. The girl that was helping me said no that's all we have and we have to save it for online orders. Are you kidding me!? So naturally I was irritated by the girls response and then asked to speak to the mod. A few minutes later she came out and I explained what the girl had said to me and the manager apologized and explained that they were having difficulties with there online system and they were having problems getting enough cheese due to shortage. I understood then and I said to the Mgr ok I understand and the girl that helped me should have explained it to me alittle better instead of letting me think that the online orders were more important that people standing in front of you. The Mgr apologized again and said it's above their pay grade to know all the specifics. CHIPOTLE: you must communicate with ALL your associates about things like this so your customers don't get the wrong idea about your company because of lack of communication
I came here for the first time a month ago and it was out of chicken. No biggie, tried the new pollo asada. Staff wasnt engaged with customers. Floor to the back was covered in trash and napkins & plenty of staff was just standing around. Today I went back assuming it would be fine.....walked up to the door with a shortage sign for polla asada, get to the counter and another sign out of chicken, fajitas & mild salsa. Again tried to just pick something different and when I opened my tacos and took a bite the pulled pork was cold, like refrigerated cold. So I just dumped my food at this point. No clue if it was even cooked properly and how long it had been in a fridge... just super annoyed, especially after spending money like that. Like I dont know who is managing this location but come on! You have one of the best spots in the area and to let it go like this is a shame. I'd rather drive to another location at this point.
Food is always excellent, and staff were awesome too. My friend ordered a bowl, but only ate a bit and was unable to continue because she didn't realize there were jalapeños in what she got. The manager Cody allowed her to get a new bowl at no charge that was more mild.
I don’t know why I keep coming here. I come all the time and never get good service and the food is most of the time just alright. I feel like this chipotle just hires people who don’t care about their job and are to busy playing around with each other to actually care about paying customers. The attitude you get from employees when asking for extra things is just crazy! My advice, go to a different location.
It’s too bad you can’t give one star. Food was slapped together as if we were prisoners. Staff acted like their life was as miserable as a prisoner. They were out of steak and cooking it while the burrito they had started with beans and rice sat on the line getting cold. We will never go back to this location. In looking at the reviews on yelp, it appears as if corporate needs to take control and swap out the lazy, inept management.
