This is our first time here and I love it already. My boyfriend and I came here to check their food out and the lady was very hospitable!. We got our food fresh and it really make us full already!! The portions of the food was great!! Will definitely come back again!!
I'll start by saying they've good food. WATCH OUT!! This place has FALSE ADVERTISING, they DO NOT honor what they claim! Last night was the 3rd TIME I Called in delivery order, my credit card number was taken, the card was ran, but i WAS NOT GIVEN A TOTAL (3rd time this same lady has done this!!), and before she hastily hung up after running my card, i stopped her and asked the total. Over $39 on my order that's CLEARLY LISTED $24.99! THEY ALSO SAY NO DELIVERY FEE ON ORDERS OVER $20!WHEN SHE TOLD ME SHE WAS CHARGING ME OVER $15.00 MORE THAN MY $25 ORDER, I IMMEDIATELY ASKED HOW IN THE WORLD CAN THERE BE $15.00+ TAX!??Her response was, "how you expect us make money like that?"I said,"your advertising CLEARLY says free delivery over $20 order, so it should be FREE DELIVERY. This is the 3rd time in a row that you've NOT TOLD ME MY TOTAL, RAN MY CARD, AND MY CARD WAS CHARGED WAAAY MORE THAN IT SHOULD'VE BEEN!"HER response, "i cancel your order, you get no food!!". THEN SHE HUNG UP ON ME!100% DISINGENUINE, SHADY, INAPPROPRIATE, AND RUDE.BE SURE TO FIND OUT THE TOTAL BEFORE YOU HAVE YOUR CARD RAN ON THE PHONE, AND CONSIDER THIS A FOREWARNING THAT THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU, WHICH YOU WILL NOT KNOW UNTIL YOU GET YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT OR SEE THE RECEIPT. I'VE ORDERED THEIR FIVE DIFFERENT TIMES THE LAST THREE IN A ROW THIS HAS HAPPENED AND THEY TRIED TO DO IT THE FIRST TIME THAT I CALLED SO FOUR OUT OF FIVE TIMES CHINA GRILL HAS TRIED TO TAKE MONEY FOR ME, AND UNFORTUNATELY THEY SUCCEEDED TWICE, BUT NEVER AGAIN!!
One star because I can't leave less. They don't deserve even the one star.We were served our meals on paper plates. When we each asked for extra napkins, we were given only one.When presented with the bill, the prices charged were considerably higher than what was listed on the menu. And, they charged a pretty hefty up-charge to get a different sauce on one of the plates. None of this was mentioned when we ordered.When I asked about the higher prices, I was told that they are now adding 40%. I told her that's not what the menu said and they said they are printing new menus soon.I paid in cash so they couldn't just unilaterally decide to add more.The food is just so-so but decent enough. The problem is they aren't honorable enough to stick to their menu prices. They simply ambush you after you've eaten.It appears the business is failing and they are grabbing every dime they can. All of this makes me wonder what goes on in the kitchen.All trust is lost now and we won't be back.
One of my favorite Chinese food restaurants in Peoria, Arizona. The owners use to have the business near Metro Center. We love the new location a couple years ago. The food is priced well & always a welcoming staff. I love the dinner specials, since they co.e with an egg roll & Crab racoon. They offer beer & wine. The plum wine is my favorite, however, on the sweet side. Great place to meet with friends & family. Highly recommend.
Food is great however the containers were not even full and my bill was 48.00. Would call and complain but I don’t think it’ll do any good.
Can only say wow. Everything delicious from the lowly Crab puff to the lo me in and home made egg foo young. And - his dine in open. Staff/owners are friendly and hospitable. Service was a great pace. My husband and I will be back.
Been going to China Grill for years. Made to order.... great food and service. They treat you like family, making sure everthing is perfect for your dine in or take out service. They do deliver...
They are really nice. Good service. Sauces veggies rice are great. BUT WHERE IS THE CHICKEN? MY KUNG PAO chicken had hardly any chicken. And the few pieces there were, had lots of fat - poor quality chicken. Been going there for 10 or 15 years. And over last 4 years- very disappointed. Cant you afford to include protein? And quality protein? So disappointing. Spent $27 for 2 meals. And hardly any chicken. Want to frequent you - you are blocks away. But we want meat with our food. ?♀️Oh and this isn't first experience with lacking chicken here. Been like the last 5 times there. Even had breaded chicken where it was all breading and no chicken. We like chicken with our chinese food. And unfortunately China Grill is apparently anti chicken. Such a shame
I dined here solo one evening.The host was quite nice and efficient.I ordered a Beef and Snowpeas Plate, which came out very quickly and was served hot. It came with white steamed rice and was portioned appropriately.I enjoyed my dinner. I like Chinese and don't have it often, so this was fun.The restrooms are clean and well serviced.Parking is out front and easy.The restaurant is on the corner and visible from both directions. Easy in, easy out.I recommend this place.
Probably the best in town. Pupu Platter is a great meal although it's considered an Appetizer. Service is great too ?.
